この施設について

Cozy home for people who are in town to play in Las Vegas! There are three rooms and a sofa sleep that will sleep 7 people. Parking for four plus street parking. Home is within a mile of the airport and 3 miles of the Strip. Quiet cul-de-sac with a large park right next door. Park features playground, large grass fields, and tennis courts. House has a barbeque and shaded back patio with a fenced yard. Pets are welcome on the property. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet. We require a fee of $75/pet. We will refund $50/pet if there are no stains in the house or excrement left in the yard. All fully licensed service dogs are welcome with no additional charge once a picture is provided of their license.

Scarey & not supplied for a family

Things we did not expect.. 1. Bars on every window and door. 2. A tiny fridge not suitable for a family. 3. To hear a car in the circle at the end of the street doing wheelies over and over burning rubber at 10 o’clock at night. 4. To only have one washrag, and one hand towel for the bathroom in the hall. 5. There were three or four big serving spoons, but no regular size spoons 6. Knives in the kitchen are old and broken and do not cut. 7. The cutting boards are cheap old and disgusting. 8. It would serve you well to go to the dollar store and get new spatulas that aren’t melted and things like that. I’ve even bought knives there for my office that was better than the ones you have there. 9. It seems like the pots and pans that you had came out of somebody’s old trailer. And none of them were in order. 10. Another big deal is the fact that you have a place for a stackable washer and dryer but you don’t have a washer and dryer available for a family that’s going to be there for a week with a baby and no way to wash clothes or the one washrag that we had!! Clearly, the other company has a higher standard! that’s what we are accustomed to staying in! I would give you a C4 effort. At least it was clean, but you really need to step up the supplies get a bigger fridge that can serve a family and get a washer and dryer in there. We won’t be staying there again!

Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent value. If you only need a bed and shower this is a great place to stay. Good water pressure in the shower and the neighborhood was quiet. We liked the fact that the place was away from the strip and you didn’t have to deal with gridlock traffic. Plenty of restaurants and grocery store nearby.

Cheap and comfortable!

Look this isn’t the Ritz. In other words nothing fancy. Clean, comfortable, simple and convenient. You don’t want to spend a lot of time in your room anyway. The beds were nice and you really can’t find a 3 bedroom 2 full bath house for this price. The location while close to airport and strip isn’t in nicest of neighborhoods. But if you can’t handle the hood then pay more for something with more atmosphere. It’s your money. I’m the end I would stay here again if wanted to do Vegas on the cheap!!

Perfect for our needs

We were just in town for the night for a show off the strip and this house was perfect for us. Conveniently located, plenty of room, clean and nice. There's a huge park right next to the house, which is a nice bonus.
