Very nice location, near the airport and a good neighborhood. Host was helpful and accommodating. Cleanliness left some room for improvement, perhaps their cleaning service didn’t come before our stay? It is a budget place so I didn’t expect too much, but this could be improved.

A diverse variety of shops nearby. Lots of great Restaurants available and close by. Lodging was clean comfortable and as advertised. When we travel back to Gilbert area we hope it is available!

Host was very communicative and had timely responses. I was able to check in smoothly and followed the intrusions on the link the host sent prior to arrival. I actually saw the host as I was in the driveway. He lives in the attached home to the right of the guest drive way. He asked how everything was and if I needed anything. I let him know I needed a kitchen sponge. He put it in a grocery bag and left it on the door knob of the exterior privacy entrance. I thought that was nice.I loved the neighborhood. I felt safe and found it easy to navigate.Things that I was disappointed in:I knew it was going to be a kitchenette style but I didn’t realize the sink was going to be so small. It was hard to do dishes without getting water on the counter. The shower was rainfall style but needs to be repaired or maybe there can be instructions on how to use. Because water was coming out of both shower heads and the pressure was very low. The overall cleanliness seemed fine. When I first walked in it smelled musky. I noticed hair on a bath towel. I found a fake eyelash stuck on the side of my shower shoes (I do not use eyelashes) After a closer look of the rug I could see it had more hair on it. I had dropped my charger cord near the bed and when I picked up my cord from the floor a bunch of dust bunnies came back with it. I understand the cost is low for the room but cleanliness is a priority of mine and it seemed as though basic cleaning was overlooked in between stays.

Cute studio in quiet neighborhood.

This rental is exactly as advertised. It does sleep six adults if you like each other a lot, with not a lot of room to stretch out. But if all you are looking for is a clean, quiet place to crash after a long day of touristing, this is the place. The hosts were excellent at responding to communication and accommodated reasonable requests quickly. It is an easy drive to both the airport and the strip. I highly recommend this property.

Quick Stop in Vegas

Easy to find from the airport, quiet neighborhood when we arrived at 11:30pm. This was a perfect place to sleep off the jetlag. Only confusion i had was the door alarm. It went off when going into the house and then again when i tried to leave to get something out of the car. Since it was late at night i was afraid i had disturbed the rest of the house. Otherwise comfortable stay! Would book again. Bpu again when i tried

Good place, great host

The host, Tyas, was great— kind, helpful and hospitable! He was quick to communicate and solve the minor problems that came up during our stay, and just generally a cool guy. The stay is a clean, decent-sized studio with a functional kitchen, queen bed, two couches and driveway parking conveniently located in a quiet, private neighborhood. We were able to comfortably cook, sleep, and hang out for a long weekend. I'd definitely recommend staying at Tyas' place!

Small place to crash

It’s a garage converted into a studio. Good price and not too far from the Strip. Good to crash for the night not for staying long time.

My 16 year old described the room as “5 out of 5, definitely should stay at again. Everyone should stay here.” Very communicative host. Had a wonderful stay.

Short drive to the strip

Overall property is essentially as advertised, extremely easy check-in process. Very clean, comfortable space with great value as far as location. 5 adults in my party and did not feel crowded.
