Accommodation: This small cocoon 200 m from the beach, Appartment type 2, one room, for 2 people à 4 people (2 adults and 2 children or young teenagers), very comfortable, has been completely renovated. (double glazing, fitted kitchen, shower room)
Located on the 2nd floor , without lift of a secure residence, it has 1bed and 1 sofa, to spend a great holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. A private car park facing the balcony of the apartment is at your disposal to park during your stay and explore the area on foot.

Living room side:
The spacious living room opens onto a balcony where you can share good meals with family and/or friends. Come and discover the Local Specialties: Fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous Monkfish Bourride, Bull Gardiane, La Rouille Graulène different from Sète rouille...
Kitchen side: open to the living room, fully equipped (vitroceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer-dryer, *Dolce Gusto* o coffee maker, toaster and kettle) with a round table for 4 people which will allow you to accommodate your meals and guests.
Sleeping side: Room, 1 bed (in 140 ), square pillows 65x65, duvet. *The sheets and towels kit will be brought to you on reservation at 25 euros for two people*.
In the living room, flat screen T and 1 Sofa.

Shower room, large washbasin with drawer units, and toilet.

Location: Ideally located close to the beach, shops at the foot of the residence, restaurants, the carousel and the entertainment of the city center (Quartier de la Mairie). This apartment is located on the left bank of Grau du Roi between:
the Fishing Port where you can discover local life, watch the passages of the trawls returning from fishing via the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and discover the fishing trades: repairing and drying the nets, sorting the fish, setting up sales stalls along the Quai Colbert...
and the 1st marina in Europe where sports delegations will be welcomed for training and preparation for Paris J.O. 2024.
Port-Camargue located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: emblematic place for yachts, sailboats, etc. and the UCPA sailing school.

Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea, along the promenade of Boulevard Maréchal Juin and follow the flight of the Pink Flamingos above the stretches of water in the Camargue.
A real favorite for lovers of calm on the green spaces side and in the city center on the entrance side of the Residence.

##Access: Depending on your convenience, benefit from a welcome on site, by appointment when you arrive and when you leave! You can also arrive independently with a key box on the door of the apartment. You will be able to have the entire accommodation to enjoy your stay in Occitania.
##Transport: The Grau du Roi train station is 2km away. The city is served by a bus service near the Residence. The nearest TGV station is Montpellier Sud de France. The nearest airport is "Montpellier Méditerranée".
