This beautiful Venice Island Home is less that 1 mile to Venice Beach. Just think you can have the beach life this winter in Sunny Venice. Forget the snow and Ice. This lovely three bedroom home gives you a king size bed in the master. A queen size bed in the second bedroom and a set of twin beds in the third bedroom. The home boast an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings. The Island is a totally walkable, or bike able town. Enjoy, your exercise on the Venetian Waterway Trail . There is so much to do in Venice, the arts center, the theater, shopping, concerts, festivals, restaurants, and of course the BEACH.

I am a full time resident of the Island of Venice I am in my 21 year of living in Paradise. I have a boutique Real Estate business in historical downtown Venice. Growing up in Virginia, I learned to love small towns, nice people, and good living. This makes Venice the perfect fit for me. My passion is Aviation. I have a 1946 Aeronca Champ Airplane that I hangar right here on the Island of Venice airport. I know that I am truly blessed and I am very grateful to be living the beach life in wonderful Venice.

This is an adorable home that I take great pride in. My guest love it and enjoy the three bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and the garage. This home even has an outdoor shower. It is such a pleasure to shower outside. It is so nice to have a fenced in yard for privacy and a lovey screen in lanai. The best part is the location. It is close to everything that the Island has to offer.
