Spring Break with family
I wish I could say this was a great stay but it was very disappointing. When getting the keys at the office, when asked if they were done cleaning was told "its as good as it's going to get" apparently they were switching owners, that explained there being picture frames just lying on the floor. Not all of the beds were made when arriving and we had to sweep and vacuumed due to having a one year old with us. I pain on Monday (arrived on Friday) for the pool to be heated and it was freezing cold when we arrived. The WiFi was not working as well. We called and messaged to get this resolved. Did not get a message until the next day that they would be out to fix the issue. They arrived Saturday and the WiFi was fixed and they finally turned on for the pool to be heated. So I paid for 4 days for a heated pool and was only able to use for 2 days. Finally on Sunday it was warm enough to get in but not at the 86 degrees we were told it would be at, by Monday when we left it was finally at 82 degrees. Asked for a refund of those 2 days (Friday and Saturday), still haven't heard back from them. It was such a disappointment that we just left a day early. The two twin beds are horrible my son preferred to sleep on the floor. The location is wonderful, close to grocery stores. The home needs a lot of updating and TLC.
