Lovely apartment in a great location. We were traveling with our adult daughter and her partner, and they especially loved the coziness of their bedroom. Everything was clean and comfortable. Shout out to Cobey at the front desk, a nice guy who was welcoming and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

The location of this place was a 10/10! We loved the convenience and the easy access. The unit was as advertised.*We paid a higher price than we think is reasonable, but with the World Cup in town, supply and demand seem to have driven prices on everything in Seattle!

We had a lovely stay at the Corner Unit in the middle of it all. We were able to walk every place we had intended to see, Space Needle, Pike Marketplace, Waterfront. The neighborhood has some great shops and eateries. The unit is clean, beds and bedding very comfortable and good communication with Vince, the owner. We would stay again!

The apartment was clean and well appointed, close walking distance from everything we wanted to do, from the Space Needle to Pike Place. The swimming pool was small but very nice, and rarely in use. The hot tub was out of order, but that wasn't a big deal to us. The building was VERY secure, which was very nice but created a bit of a problem for us, as we are Sabbath observant and could not carry the electronic key fob on Saturday. That meant that we needed help getting into the building and up the stairs, but we were able to get help.

Host and their assistants were friendly and great. Location was good for our needs. Comfort of accommodations was not ip to our standards (i.e. shampoo, conditioner and body wash available in the shower, vs the 3 in 1 option labeled for children that was provided) and size of space would but have worked had our entire family (4 total) stayed. Murphy bed in 2nd room was cute, but hard mattress. Water pressure in kitchen sink was low.

To start I just have to say super disappointed,The Bathroom vanity light flickering incessantly will drive you crazy reading past reviews,This was pointed out to them last July by another person staying there and they still haven't bothered to fix it.Black mold in the shower along the edges. They haven't put any new silicone or caulking in here in years. Black mold along the edge of the tub and tile baseboard rotten and falling coming off. Bathtub is so backed up with hair and nastiness in the drain that as soon as you turn the water on it immediately starts filling the tub even with the drain plug out. Carpet is absolutely disgusting. Stained with nastiness from one end to the other. Also pointed out long long time ago on past reviews and still nothing done about it. It doesn't even look like they've tried to clean it, let alone replace it. Grout on the bathroom floor is black from never having actually been really clean. Looks like they just mop dirty water over top of it. The sad part is most of what is wrong could be fixed and made nice in a few days. But hasn't been done in months if not years, The pictures they show are not an accurate representation at all of the place, The view is pretty, but not worth it. Specially considering homeless people are camped out all around the property literally using the streets as a toilet. And a dangerous area to be. ( 5 murders recently)Overall I do NOT recommend, homeless not there fault, everything else is pure neglect,

This property had several positives, but unfortunately a significant issue overshadowed our stay. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance of many Seattle attractions, including Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, the waterfront, ferries, and restaurants. The host was also responsive before our arrival. There were a few minor maintenance concerns, including a broken bedside lamp, a non-working bathroom fan, flickering vanity lights, and the portable A/C cooling only the living room. Communication was also confusing, as messages came through multiple platforms (VRBO, Aardvark, text, and phone). The major issue involved the pull-out sofa. Before booking, I let the host know we'd be using it. When we opened it, the mattress pad had what appeared to be fresh blood stains, and there were no sheets provided for it. We contacted the host through VRBO, Aardvark, the emergency number, and the greeter. The greeter responded quickly but couldn't help. Even VRBO was unable to initially reach the owner. We eventually heard from the owner and after more than 16 hours of repeatedly being told to "check the closets and drawers" (where there were no sheets), the cleaners finally delivered a set the following day. There was no apology or follow-up from the host. While we can overlook minor maintenance issues, failing to provide bedding and promptly replacing a blood stained mattress pad after notification is unacceptable. For that reason, I cannot recommend this property.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the home's central location and found our team responsive before your arrival. We also appreciate you bringing the maintenance items and communication experience to our attention, as this helps us continue improving. Regarding the sofa bed, replacement linens were delivered as soon as our local team was able to coordinate access, and the mattress protector has since been replaced as well. We take cleanliness very seriously and have reviewed our procedures with the team to help prevent situations like this in the future. We appreciate your stay and wish you all the best in your future travels.

I would say the apartment was nice but had multiple problems. The shade was broken to the main window w the view and the shower head was broken. We tried to use the toaster and it sparked and we realized that there was a wire sticking out. When we got into the Unit a maid came and said she had to finish cleaning up and stated that they don't tell them when people are coming. We had to sit for 30 minutes. I then asked the Manager, Vince, if we could possible check out an hour later and he said no. The communication was horrible and the AI notices kept on coming. The parking was nice and the building is nice.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your comments about the building and parking. Regarding the maintenance items mentioned, we were not notified during the stay about the shade, shower head, or toaster. Had we been informed, we would have arranged for prompt attention. We encourage guests to report concerns in real time so we can properly address them. Check-out times are set to allow adequate time for turnover between reservations, and extensions are subject to availability. Communication is handled through the platform to ensure accuracy and documentation for all guests. We strive to provide a smooth experience and address issues as they are brought to our attention.

Please Read Before Considering Booking!

Please consider before booking this rental. We stayed in the building prior and were hoping for a great stay with our family in this particular unit, but were sadly disappointed. Carpet stains everywhere, blinds broken, furniture ripped (animals??), smell distracting, kitchen faucet not working, lamps in bedroom not working. The place did not match it's listed pictures. The prior reviews were over a year ago and were good. Booking support was less than ideal. Hopefully they clean it up or post more accurate pictures so you are aware of what you're spending your money on. The owners were less than accommodating of much of a refund. Just don't want others to have a bad experience.

Clean and comfortable apartment

The booking and check in process is extensive and cumbersome with the property managers, but I guess that is the interest of the ownership. The unit was clean and comfortable. All amenities listed were there and working. The unit has good security of site and feels safe.

Great location, great communication

We recently visited Seattle for the first time and could not have picked a better location. Easy to get everywhere we wanted to go, lots of dining choices around, and if we couldn’t walk somewhere, the public transportation system was within an easy walk. Vince was very responsive and we had a lovely check in process. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great views, comfortable beds. We hope to be back soon!

Weekend in Seattle Belltown

We (4 adults) stayed here as a launch pad for our daughter's wedding. The location and accommodations were superb! Clean, well appropriated with plenty of room for 4 adults to maneuver about. Great bars/restaurants within walking distance provided lots of options during our limited downtime. Communication with the property manager was quick and painless. Upside/downside: The building is very secure - which is the upside. I never felt unsafe. The building is very secure - and the fob frontdoor/garage entrance chaos with 4 adults was a bit of a challenge - which is the downside. And with all the fob nonsense, I completely forgot to leave the parking pass in the condo. The host was very gracious - and the pass requirement comes from the HOA - but it added another level of the myriad of things to remember to do on the way out. All that said, we would definitely stay here again!
