Au port de Binic - Loggia vue port

We propose to you to the rent, in the heart of the seaside resort of Binic, this charming apartment with port view, at less than one of 100 meters of the beach, of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 21 m², an open equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a loggia. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 21 m² with TV, sofa bed (double, 140×190) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a closet.
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A 2 m² loggia with furniture to enjoy fine weather and the view of the port

The apartment is ideally located in Binic, in a very pleasant environment with view on the port. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... of a playground for the children...

Activities :
Come and enjoy the town of Binic, a human-sized destination that will invite you to enjoy a relaxing stay, without crowds, at the rhythm of its desires and its tides (5th largest bay in the world for the importance of its tides and among the most beautiful bays in Europe).
- Tourist sites: The port, from the great fishing - from Newfoundland to Iceland - to pleasure boating, the Penthièvre pier, the Godelins seaside resort, the 12-hectare natural area of the Benains, the Pourrhis viaduct....
- Sporting activities: various nautical activities, hiking along the GR 34 to discover the Breton coast, the five fine sand beaches (La blanche, l'avant Port, les Godelins, la plage du Moulin, le corps de garde), 13 mountain bike circuits...
- Gastronomic heritage: the Breton far, the scallop of the bay of Saint-Brieuc...
- Events : the cod festival, market on Thursdays...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in front of the residence.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Brieuc train station located at about 20 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Saint-Brieuc airport located about 14 minutes away by car.

Appartement donnant sur la jetée de Binic avec une vue magnifique. Un acces immédiat à la plage et près du centre ville. Idéal si vous venez avec votre animal. L appartement est tres bien aménagé, une intention particulière pour ces fêtes de Noël avec une decoration adequat. Merci pour l attention. C était parfait.

Au port de Binic "🙂 Bel appartement bien équipé très bien placé avec des places de parking devant la résidence et qui accepte les animaux c'est souvent rare. 🙁 Deux petites choses : - L'été le marché du jeudi matin devant la residence qui oblige de déplacer sa voiture la vielle au soir. - Des oreillers vraiment trop mous donc peut être à revoir. Sinon parfait."

Quelques bémols : la place pour ranger les vêtements (un peu juste si on vient à plus de 2) et une cuisine un peu petite. Mais cela n'a pas entaché notre séjour d'une semaine car l'appartement est jolie et très bien placé. Remerciements particuliers aux propriétaires qui ont été réactif et attentifs à nos demandes."

Das tollste war der Ausblick auf den Hafen. Nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wunderbare Natur. 🙁 Mit Hunden ist es etwas schwierig, es gibt kaum Hundestrände. Da kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts daran ändern. Strand generell tabu für Hunde. von 8 bis 20:30."

Au port de Binic Très belle appartement avec une superbe vue sur le port et la magnifique jetée de Binic-sur-mer. L'appartement a été refait à neuf recemment et est très bien équipé. Les petit déjeuners avec le lever du soleil sur la baie de Saint-Brieuc et les promenades de fin de journées sur la jetée étaient splendides. On voit la mer depuis la table à manger, depuis le canpé et même depuis la chambre. Le sentier côtier GR34 départ juste devant le batiment et la plage ce trouve à une dizaine de metres seulement. L'acceuil de Francoise et de Jean Luc était très bien et souriant. Nous recommendons cet appartement et revenons avec beaucoup de plaisir.
