Nice semi-detached pavilion of 50m² located on the edge of a dune and 500 m from the resort centre with parking offers you on the ground floor: a living room with television, a fitted American kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, 2 electric hobs, a large refrigerator; a bathroom; an independent toilet, 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed. Upstairs you will discover, a landing serving, an independent toilet, 2 attic bedrooms with 140cm bed.
Outside, you can enjoy a tiled terrace with its awning and garden furniture. Pleasant residence on the north side of the Dune, with collective swimming pool, a parking space. Pets not accepted. Non-smoking accommodation and only for a family. *** Favourite for this comfortable and welcoming 3-bedroom pavilion *** The residence's swimming pool is operational from 15 June until the end of September.
In addition: End of stay cleaning mandatory and to be paid on site for 100 €.
