Modern Lush Duplex in the heart of the Mountains

This cozy duplex is perfect for your next vacation! Wildernest Hideaway features a wonderful private treed setting with lovely back yard, centrally located in Wildernest just a 10 minute drive from Keystone Ski Resort. This upgraded unit has 3 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom, perfect for families or groups. The homeowner has thoughtfully updated and equipped this unit to provide for all the comforts of home.

The main level of the home has a large entry area with gear storage, and up a few stairs to the living area that has a cozy gas fireplace, brand new sofa sleeper, and large flat screen TV. The living room provides the perfect space for you to relax by the fireplace while watching your favorite tv show. Open to the living area is the updated kitchen which comes with all stainless steel appliances, slab granite counters, and fully equipped with everything you need for making home cooked meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining area with seating for 6, and additional seating is located at the bar counter. The back yard patio access is off the kitchen and dining are, with a covered deck with table and chairs and a private back yard area.

Each of the three bedrooms comes with it's own private bathroom, plus an additional half bath on the main level, offering everyone in your group their own private space. There is also a sleeper sofa and full size airbed to accommodate larger groups. It's located in Silverthorne close to four different ski resorts: only a 15 minute drive away from Copper Mountain, a 30 minute drive away from Breckenridge, a 10 minute drive to Keystone and a 15 minute drive to Arapahoe Basin. Located only four minutes away from three different hiking trails, with many more trailheads within driving distance. There is a one car attached garage, as well as space for another vehicle in the driveway, it is a 2 car maximum at this property. Please note that the garage will not fit a large SUV. Public transportation is right down the street for those who prefer not to drive.

Good Duplex for Family Getaway in Silverthorne

What I liked most about this Duplex was that all three bedrooms had a private bath. The location was good. I enjoyed how quiet it was as there was only one neighbor that we shared a wall with and they were quiet.

Hiking and Fishing

Great location that lends itself to a lot of hiking and fly fishing. The condo was spacious and perfect for 6 people. Well equipped with nice kitchen appliances. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Will definitely consider this place again for out yearly family vacation.

Perfect Getaway

We rented the condo for the Leadville 100 MTB Race. We spent the week before the race there to get ready for the altitude and it was perfect. It was an easy commute to Leadville for the day of the race. Very nice property as advertised. Thank you

Convenient & Provides everything you need

This property was very clean and convenient. It’s a short 30ish minute drive to both Vail and Breckenridge. The mud room area is perfect for all the snow boots and helps maintain the warmth in the house. The house has plenty of bathrooms which makes getting ready for the day or bedtime a breeze. Checking in was super easy and all the information needed was provided in advance. The kitchen was stocked with things to use and the laundry room had detergent. We will definitely be staying here again!

Clean, Comfortable Ski Retreat

We had a great experience with Summit Mountain Properties. Our condo was ready on time, clean and pretty well matched the photos on VRBO. The only problem we encountered was a water main break in the neighborhood which left us without water for the last two days of our stay. This was a huge inconvenience that we could never blame Summit for. But they responded immediately to our 5:00am emergency phone call, then took care of our needs every step of the way. We can’t say enough for their customer service. Hopefully we get to stay in one of their properties again.

Great stay

Father-son trip with a couple of buddies. This was a good place to stay. I would stay here again. Clean and easy to check-in. No hick-ups. The parking was a little tough, but the neighbor helped us out. There are two spots. One in the garage and 1 in front of the garage. The problem is that most all-wheel drive vehicles are pretty big and won't fit in this garage. So, that was the only issue. You probably need to mention that in the description. If the neighbor did not give us info about where to park, it would have been very painful.

A great family vacation topped off by a wonderful place to stay

Five family members got together to reignite a long standing annual ski trip that had been interrupted the prior to seasons due to COVID. The how was perfect and had everything put together as outlined. It was a great place to come home to after a wonderfully satisfying day on the slopes.

Amazing vacation experience

We traveled to Colorado with extended family to snowboard and enjoy several winter activities. While this condo is a short drive to keystone and other ski resorts, it’s located very close to the center of Silverthorne whic was convenient for shopping needs. The place was spacious with plenty of sleeping arrangements along with being cozy and clean. We had a fantastic time!!!!

This place was excellent. Property was as described and very clean.

This place was very nice. Exactly what we were looking for. I do recommend bringing a fan. The nights were a little warm for sleeping even with the windows open.

Perfect space for all of us, plenty of closet space for the over packers! 3 touring bikes fit well in garage space. Highly recommend this condo!!

Wonderful property!

Minor issue

Overall Everything worked well. The upstairs bathroom on the right has a problem flushing. If I lived there I would install short rail on the 3 stairs to the master bedroom. Otherwise we enjoyed tremendously
