This cozy studio includes a private balcony, an adorable kitchenette with a mini-fridge, and plenty of space to move around in, plus an unbeatable location just steps from beach access! When you're not out building sandcastles, use the free WiFi to download an invigorating playlist to your device then head over to the community fitness center to get in a terrific workout followed by a cool-down swim in the shared pool. The shared hot tub is perfect for soothing those weary surfing muscles, and there's nothing like coming home to stretch out on the suite's king-size bed to take a long afternoon nap after a day of sightseeing. You'll even have central air conditioning to enjoy while you finish that all-important last chapter from the comfort of the living room sofa.

What's nearby:
You'll have plenty of great restaurants nearby whenever you want to grab a bite to eat. Check out Flying Fish Public Market & Grill, The Whole Food Mediterranean Grill, and Rockefellers Raw Bar to sample some delicious local fare. Plan a day trip to visit the Myrtle Beach Pier area and be sure to check out Family Kingdom Amusement Park while you're there.

Things to know:

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on property specific websites.

Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The room was a nice room overall. Very limited view of the ocean from the balcony which is also rather tiny but we did know that going into the stay so no surprise there. We had more issues with the care of the overall property than this particular room. Rating the overall building/property we would give a 3 this stay and we have been coming to this location for 21 years and have not had this experience in the past.

Perfect for our needs

We had a friend staying less than a mile down the beach. This was perfect. We stayed 2 nights. We walked the beach to her condo. Everything was great. Would have loved to use the amenities if we stayed longer.

Good price, great location, poor service

We have family in MB and visit often. So we decided to go with a less expensive condo. The pictures looked great, the location was great, before we left the communication with Vasca was great.....then.....Then we get there, check in was ok, the room was A LOT smaller than the pictures depicted. That wasn't a problem we were okay with it. The problem started when we first walked in and my shoes kept sticking to the floor. I didn't have time to thank about it so I grabbed a paper towel and cleaned it up. A little while later they send me a text asking if everything was ok. I told them about the spots on the floor. They asked if I wanted someone to come by and clean the floor. I said no because I thought the floor was clean. Later that evening when we went back to the room I took my shoes off and the floor was FILTHY!!!!!!! I mean FILTHY!!!! It made we wonder was anything in the room clean. I message the number they gave me. I simply asked if they could have someone come by and sweep the floor. To my surprise they asked if I could provide pictures. I said it is mainly sand and it won't show up in pictures. They said and I quote (because I still have the text messages), "If it is sand, please locate a vacuum cleaner and use it to clean the floor." I asked, "Where would I find a vacuum? Isn't that part of housekeeping? It should have been done before I arrived." Since I have no more space to type DO NOT USE VACASA. 2ND X 4 US...2ND MAJOR ISSUE WITH THEM!!!!

The hotel was great we stayed in the PH(penthouse) definitely wasn't a penthouse lol but it was a great last minute resort everyone had a great time. Only thing I would suggest but as a hotel wide thing is to have towels in the pool area. I can't for get Ms. AlIcia she checked us in she was awesome and funny

Don't waste your money

Dirty and not worth the money. Service in the restaurant is horrible. Unless you get to the pool at 6am don't expect to have a chair. Elevators and floors are filthy and buildings are rundown on the inside. My room was nice enough but not worth what I paid for it. How much help you get from the front desk depends on who's working. The hair dryer in my room practically caught fire and thankfully they replaced it right away. The only good thing about the place is that the view of the ocean is spectacular and the drinks at Fishtails are very good.

Dump for the price

I get, North Myrtle Beach in June commands top dollar. But the amount I spent on a studio room where the refrigerator leaked, and could get a broom to self-clean the sandy floor was outrageous. Also - the original price through Booking.com/Vacasa skyrocketed with 25% added on with all the extra fees. At least the elevators worked this trip. Will not stay there again...will plan better/sooner for a better resort...
