Lovely property

Excellent location and accommodations

We enjoyed the well furnished and comfortable townhome with direct views and access to the beach. A greatly appreciated feature was laying in bed at night and seeing the moonlight reflecting on the water with a show of stars in the night sky.

Blessing by the sea.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautifully decorated, great location with beautiful views! We enjoyed wondering the beach, searching for shells, watching for dolphins and visiting Surf City. Great trip I would recommend this location .

Wonderful property!

Beautiful beach house

We absolutely loved our stay. The house had everything we needed and the beach chairs and boogie boards were a plus. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening after we came up from the beach. We hope we can come back again. This property couldn’t be nicer.

Perfect Week!

The property was wonderful. We had everything we needed for a great week. There were even books to read which was a nice addition ( loved the local history books)! The communication with the owner was super friendly and fast! We can not wait to go back!

Back at North Topsail

A Wing and a Prayer condo did not disappoint. My sister and I first stayed in this great condo back in 2014. We stayed several times with different friends and finally made it back with our husbands. The location is perfect. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen had all we needed to eat in at home. Melanie provided great information and as always, was a text away if needed. We hope to get back again.

Top Sail Getaway

This property was perfect for our family getaway. It was super clean, very nicely decorated and felt like home. The kitchen contained was stocked with anything g we would need to make meals for our family while away. The property is located directly near the beach so just a short walk. It is also about ten minutes away from grocery stores. Our family loved it here and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful, relaxing and just the right spot!!!

What a great place with spectacular views——-we enjoyed the ocean views all times of the day from the windows and the 3 decks. We were right on the beach and what a wonderful convenience. The house itself has beautiful beach decorations and kitchen is so well stocked. Thank you for providing us with a perfect place to spend a week relaxing, laughing and being together in the peaceful world of North Topsail Beach. We will be back and already look so forward to it.

Great views!

Great condo! Plenty of room for our family of 6. Balconies had wonderful views of the beach and ocean. Kitchen was supplied well for cooking. We had an issue with the dryer not working for the week, but the owner replaced it on our last day there and offered to compensate if we used the laundromat. We just hung things to dry, an inconvenience yes, but we made it work. Loved the condo, just wish it was closer to a few things.

Stunning

I actually don’t want to leave this review in fear of everyone booking it before I get a chance too. Everything was perfect and exceeded all of our expectations. The whole house was well equipped including the kitchen and sitting on the deck with an amazing view was about as peaceful as you can get. Had a couple questions for the owner and they were answered within minutes. There’s no doubt a return trip to this house is upcoming.

One of the best over 35 years

We found this property understated. It is exactly what it says, yet it is appointed much better than described, and better than we have seen in most other vrbo beach houses. It would be difficult to guarantee all the beach toys and chairs and quality of BBQ, yet we found all to be more than what we expected. We had great communication from the owner to prepare for our trip. The design of the unit is good in that there are balconies off of every floor. And, what a super short trip to the beach, less than a hundred steps

Rootin tootin rip roaring good time

Melanie and Terry made renting their home so easy. We so appreciated their accessibility and information regarding the area. The home is well laid out and perfectly situated in a quiet part of North Topsail. Our group particularly enjoyed all three decks. With no lights on the beach side star gazing was most enjoyed from the top deck. The gazebo on sound side was a great spot for sunsets, and watching dolphins from middle deck was wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of room for groceries. We highly recommend this place for families and friends who need a quiet, beautiful place to retreat.

Lovely Week at the Beach

We spent the week here with our son, DIL and two granddaughters, 3yo and not quite 2yo. The property is very nice and very clean with great decor, comfy chairs, couch and beds. Kitchen is well stocked and the owners were very quick to respond to any minor issues. Beautiful view of the ocean and couldn't be a closer walk! Nice selection of beach toys and chairs etc. The two bedrooms on the lower level were perfect for our kids and grands and the top level bedroom and bath were great for us. It was nice to be separated by the main living area on the second level, we all felt we had plenty of privacy and yet plenty of room for the six of us to hang out. No one wanted to leave but hopefully we can all do it again next year!

Just as good the second time around

This was our second ladies mini vacation, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Melanie and Terry are great owners, and their home has all you need for a great stay. The decks facing the ocean afford a great view and when not on the beach, we were quite comfy on the deck. There is great storage for beach chairs and floats (and chairs are provided). There is an enclosed private outdoor shower with hot/cold water--great for showering after riding waves. The beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of room for all to have seating for tv or movies. We cooked our meals and had all we needed in the spacious kitchen. I see a return trip in our future. Thanks to Melanie and Terry for making others so welcome to their home.

Excellent location and everything you need!

My family of 4 had an amazing vacation here! My girls ages 9 and 11 both wanted the beachside bedroom so they shared, we had so much space. The main living room was perfect for our game nights. The kitchen had everything you need to cook in! We grilled and ate almost every night out on the deck and watched the waves crash down. I also enjoyed my morning coffee out there too! We brought our own chairs and boogie boards but they were available at the property for use as well. The outdoor shower was great to clean off after a long day at the beach. The location was great as it was just a few steps to the beach. The views were amazing, I didn’t want to leave! I would definitely rent again if I go back to N. Topsail!! Melanie was very attentive too thru messaging! Great Vaca!!

Best rental experience ever!

I'm often reluctant to book properties without a friend recommendation, so I took a chance on this one. Am I ever glad I did! What a treasure of a place. Melanie is the most organized and amazing owner I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She sent me multiple pages of information before our rental week so that we could be prepared for any adventures we might like to do. However, with such a beautiful beach with such each access we ended up staying in all week. We had the delight of seeing baby logger head sea turtles make their adventure to the ocean - something I never thought I would get to see. The condo is decorated beautifully and we loved having the outside shower on the bottom level, along with the nice beach chairs that we took out with us every day. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental!

Girls Weekend getaway

The property is beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. We did have some recommendations for the property, there was no blow dryer provided in any of the bathrooms. No toiletries were provided, bath soap, shampoo etc. which is normally provided at hotels/vrbos. We arrived very late and had to make our beds. When I am on vacation I normally expect to arrive at a place and not have to put on the sheets before I can ge to bed. Again, the property is nice itsjust some of these minor inconveniences that did not make it an excellent stay.

You will enjoy some of the most incredible views of both the ocean and the sound from our home. The sunrises over the ocean are so worth waking up early to watch especially when the shrimping boats are getting started. Birds and dolphin join in and make quite a show!
