License # 025902 | Enjoy gorgeous views and open space from this 3 bed, 2.5 bath corner townhome in West Vail. This awesome house will provide the perfect place for your group to gather, relax, and launch into adventures. Park with ease and then walk a few steps to the Town of Vail free bus to go anywhere! Just minutes to award winning Vail and Beaver Creek resorts, world class hiking, mountain biking and fishing. Sleeps 7 - One bedroom has a King bed, one bedroom a Queen bed, and the third bedroom has a Twin over Full bunk bed.

The space
This house is sure to please with its open concept living space, and mountain modern aesthetic. Windows flood the house with natural light and views galore. You will be extra cozy in the brand new beds, couches and linens. The kitchen is well appointed for groups who like to cook. There is a wood burning fireplace that is sure to warm your feet after a long day of skiing.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and en-suite full bathroom, and is located on the 3rd floor. The other 2 bedrooms are on the first level. In one bedroom has a queen sized bed, and in the other has a twin over full sized bunk bed. Each bedroom has its own Roku TV. The first floor is also equipped with a full bathroom and adjacent laundry room.

Location
You will love the low key vibe that West Vail has to offer. Park your car in the 2 assigned parking spots and walk to the free Town of Vail bus stop just steps away. Or you can grab your fishing poles to go fishing in Gore Creek that runs right next to the development. Behind the house is open space with many trails for hiking and walking. Children will enjoy the playground that is just a hop, skip and a jump away.

Getting around
This unit is located less than 1 mile from the West Vail exit off of I-70. It has 2 parking spots- 1 covered carport spot and 1 surface lot spot. Steps away is the free Town of Vail bus that stops every 20 minutes throughout the day. On a bike, you can easily connect to the Gore Valley Trail and ride east into Vail or go west on the Eagle Valley Trail. Uber and Lyft also exist in Vail, though can be limited availability at times.

Great location and end unit with natural area next door on one side. Condo was good size, clean, comfortable beds, and nice layout. Location is nice between vail and Minturn. Great place!

Great weekend getaway

Lovely opportunity for us to take advantage of a last-minute weekend getaway. The property is as described, plenty of room, loads of amenities and well stocked. Mark is an excellent communicator and provide provided updates as needed. Would highly recommend.!

Best Rental in Vail

If you are looking for a place to stay in Vail, look no further. This was probably the best rental property I have ever stayed at, from the cleanliness to the fully stocked kitchen, it met all of our needs for a quick ski trip. Mark was very responsive and helpful with recommendations.

Vail getaway

This condo was the perfect size for our family with the 3 separate bedrooms. It was fully equipped with everything that we needed and located perfectly at the end of the complex. We enjoyed our stay here and the proximity to the complementary vail bus stop that was a 1 minute walk from the front door. It was in a great location away from the heavy tourist traffic but close enough to everywhere you needed to go. The condo came with complimentary bear watching while we sat on the back deck. We would stay hear again.

Perfect and Beautiful

This fantastic home was a great spot for us to stay while visiting Vail. With quick access to Vail Village, this clean home had everything we needed. We were lucky to find such a gem so close to our destination. We'll definitely be back!

Great retreat for our short trip to Vail

Serene is an appropriate title for this property. Tucked away in West Vail, it was easily accessible, close to the bus line and freeway, and provided ample room for our family's mud season visit to Vail. Super clean and tidy, with all the amenities of home. The property manager was very accessible, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. We will definitely check for availability here when we plan our next trip to Vail!

Family ski trip

The host, Mark, was easy to get a hold of and prompt in addressing our needs. His place was clean and spacious, especially for just the three of us on the trip. It was convenient in that it was a short walk to catch the bus to take us to the ski resort, We would stay there again if we return to Vail.

Lovely place with a great location

We would happily stay here again. It was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The proximity to the bus station was very useful as well as the playground next-door for our kids. Mark had excellent communication and quickly answered any questions that we had.

Perfect condo in West Vail

Loved this condo. Great location in West Vail. It is next to a playground and hiking trail. The bus stop is a two minute walk from the front steps. Condo was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Host was friendly and responsive.

Great stay

We had a great stay at this condo. All went smoothly. Mark, the owner, was very helpful, accommodating and responsive. The back of the property is facing the hill, which provides a nice view and perfect playground for kids in the snowy winter. The condo was only ten minutes away from the ski base, using the Vail shuttle (which is free). Zero complaints. We'll rend this place again if/when we return to Vail.

Perfect condo for ski trip

Very nice and easy stay. Host was great and responsive. Condo is located very close to Vail. Was (almost) everything that we needed for a stay… just wish the condo had a hot tub if I was being nitpicky.

Nature surrounds this end unit on 3 sides with plenty of windows to enjoy the views. You're only steps from the free Town of Vail bus system, which comes approximately every 20 minutes to take you into Vail Village or the base of Vail Mountain. A large park and hiking trails along the Gore Creek are mere steps out the front door.
