Seasonal Rentals Must Be Booked for one entire month of Jan, Feb, March. They are available monthly only from the 1st to end of month.

This perfect vacation destination is located between the beautiful beaches of Naples and Marco Island in the Lely Resort and Golf Club .The resort also has 2 Luxury Golf Courses on property Mustang and Flamingo open to Lely Residents. The courses and facilities are on property and open to the public for range, food, and tee times. This property is located in Coral Falls and is within walking distance to Publix, Starbucks, and many restaurants. The community has a heated pool, hot tub, barbeque grills. Close to 5th Ave and Downtown Naples.

This platinum 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom newly renovated condo features many upgraded amenities . The home has high speed Wi-Fi and multiple streaming networks. The master bedroom has a new king bed with upgraded linens and home office space . The master bathroom has large walk- in closet and shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed , with extra luxury queen and twin inflatable mattresses. Both bedrooms have smart TV's and luxury linens through- out the home . The great room features a formal dining room , breakfast bar seating, 55 inch smart tv and queen sleeper sofa. The sunny lanai features view of beautiful grounds , picnic area , and pool. The chef's kitchen includes new appliances and is fully equipped for your stay. This unit has full laundry services. The building has a full service elevator and a small stairway directly to the front of the unit . Property manager available with rental concierge assistance and property refences. Condo is in walking distance to many local restaurants, Starbucks, Publix, and great entertainment.

Players Club membership includes reciprocity at area golf courses May - Oct. The club is located on the Lely resort property. The club membership has 3 resort style pools, restaurants, outdoor bars, fully attended gym, day spa, and exercise classes. Guests may enjoy tennis, pickle ball ,and bocce. Please visit players club and spa website for pictures and information. Players club application transfer fee to guests is a one time $400 fee per booking only if requested. Transfer fee requests can take between 15-30 days for approval. Option only available for longer term rentals.
