This unit is located on the first floor of an antique home built in 1740 in the center of Marblehead's historic district. Complete renovation finished in 2020. Private entrance and patio. Ideally located steps from Abbot Hall between "Old Town" and "Downtown" shopping and restaurants on Atlantic Ave. Multiple coffee shops, dining options, shops and the harbor all located within walking distance.

The apartment was beautiful. Private, clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The location couldn't be beat, central to everything yet secluded enough to feel very homey. We would definitely stay here again.

Only stayed here for one night but everything was excellent. Would definitely stay here again next time we come. Very well stocked and the bed was very comfortable.

Overall it was a great location and stay. We were able to walk to dinner. It’s a beautiful neighborhood. Parking is a little tricky especially if you have young kids. But we made it work and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Apartment

Great location in the beautiful history district of Marblehead. Very current and stylish! Only down fall is parking for larger vehicles but this is consistent throughout the Boston area. Loved our stay!!

The apartment was spotless and well decorated. I visited with my husband and our 2 young kids and it was the perfect location for walking into town and exploring Marblehead. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful!

The whole location is beautiful! The property is immaculate, the neighborhood is wonderful, I would love to stay again if I'm ever back in the area! The property managers are very responsive and helpful as well.

Lovely spot to call home

What a sweet spot this is! It’s perfectly situated between downtown Marblehead and Old Town. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a fantastic stay!

Truly great!

This is a beautifully designed space in a prime Marblehead location. Easy walk to the good shopping spots and parks. The parking spot is convenient and street parking was consistently available too. Owners were extremely responsive. We loved staying here!

Great stay in beautiful Marblehead home!

Even better than expected, very spacious, well appointed and spotless. The house is ideally located in the historic neighborhood. Old Town with shopping, dining and waterfront easily walkable. The hosts have thought of everything for a lovely stay…very comfortable and quiet. Even fragrance provided by rose plants at entrance was a lovely welcome! Hosts very communicative and helpful. Hope to stay again.

Calming and Clean Stay

If you want to be near Salem or even just stay in Marblehead, I highly recommend this place. It was immaculate and had everything you could need. The heated floors in the bathroom were also a plus! Getting to the unit is just a short flight of outdoor steps and parking was available a street away . I never had a problem finding a spot. The place is also super close to restaurants and coffee. A 7 eleven is a short walk away too.

Location location!

The apartment itself was styled perfectly and was stocked with everything you could possibly need while on vacation. It felt like a home away from home. The apartment also is in the perfect location for so many walkable activities which include:scenic water views,historical places,restaurants and shopping! We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend staying here while vacationing in Marblehead! The owners were very welcoming and accommodating!

The Cutest Neighborhood

My husband and I stayed here with another couple for a mini trip to check out Salem. We absolutely loved this Vrbo and location! We had never heard of Marblehead, but we loved the town and were so happy we booked our stay here instead of in Salem! The hosts were great and very communicative, they even let us check in a little early. Everything was clean and the unit had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Clean and cozy

Beautiful property within walking distance of the main part of town. Beautifully decorated, cozy, and spotlessly clean. We really appreciated the washer and dryer as this was halfway through a 10-day trip down the coast for us. My only complaint is that I thought the mattress was hard, and my husband had a hard time finding the place and parking at first. These were only minor inconveniences. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Beautiful apartment in beautiful town

I found this apartment by chance and I am so happy I did. The upgrades are done with such taste and attention to details and modern convenience, while preserving the old charm. The unit is also very well equipped and spotless. It almost felt like it is someone’s home part of the year; so cozy. It is a short drive to Salem and a bit of a longer drive to Boston, but the beauty of the drive there was well worth it. Marblehead and it’s historical buildings is just amazing… you can even go for a dip at the harbour, which is 5 minutes walk. My husband kept asking, but how did you find this place??? Thank you for a great stay.

Marblehead is beautiful.

We stayed two nights in this beautifully renovated first floor apartment in a one family 18th century home in the heart of Marblehead. The apartment has a private entrance and it is beautifully furnished and decorated. Full appliances are in the kitchen area, and we were even able to wash and dry our clothes during our stay. The front stairs up to the house might be a challenge for some. The Internet and streaming services went out after the first night, but I’m sure I could have contacted the host by phone, if it had presented a big problem for us. My VRBO app failed, me, but this is not an issue for the host.

Beautiful interior design and perfect location!

I have family in the area and have stayed in several other rentals locally. I'm so happy that this listing just came online, because now I will be staying here every time I visit (unless it's booked). The interior is impeccably designed, and very clean- which is a must for me always, but especially now. It's the kind of place where you feel at home as soon as you walk in. The apartment is equipped with every amenity you would need, towels, soap, dishes and silverware, coffee and tea. The couch is super comfy to lounge on and the windows behind it look out onto the town. The bedroom is tucked off to the side of the apartment and is very quiet. The bed is new, and very comfortable. The hosts live on the second floor, and were extremely responsive and gracious. I had a question about the dedicated guest parking spot, I wanted to be sure I was parked in it, and they answered my question right away. They even went above and beyond to come out to double check for me. The apartment is located right next to all the great dining and shopping in downtown Marblehead. It's a really awesome find, and I'm looking forward to my next stay.

Great Stay in Quaint Town!

This was a great weekend. The property was easy to find, in a neat neighborhood near a very identifiable clock tower. That made it easy to come back to even in the dark. The apartment is clean and precious, with the bones of a historic building but all the modern appliances and conveniences. I loved the shower with high water pressure. Decorations were tasteful, and the bed surprisingly comfortable. The only cons, and they were small, were two things. One was noise from the above apartment on Friday afternoon after we first arrived. But we never heard any noise for the rest of the weekend, so it wasn't a huge issue. Second was parking. You do have to park about a block away on a street, and it depends on the available street parking. However, parking is an issue everywhere in the Boston area, so not a deal breaker. But these were small inconveniences for a great location north of Boston, all the wonderful places, restaurants, and shops you can visit in the area, and a lovely home base to come back to in the evenings. Owners were very responsive via app, and great communicators. Highly recommend.

The house is beautiful, clean, and absolutely perfect! It was the perfect getaway for my friends and I! We had no issues with the stay! Communication with the host was nice and easy! Shops and restaurants are super close by and easy to reach via car or walking! Can’t say enough how perfect it was and we definitely plan on going back!
