Summary:

This superb apartment is located in the heart of Paris' 9th arrondissement, close to the city's most emblematic landmarks and historic monuments. You'll enjoy a lively neighborhood, surrounded by department stores, renowned restaurants and local shops.

Refurbished in June 2023 by an architect using top-of-the-range materials.



The Space:

Located on the second floor without elevator, this magnificent apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.



- Living room with sofa bed

- Open-plan kitchen (fridge, microwave, induction hob, oven, toaster, coffee machine)

- Bedroom with double bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom

- TV and high-speed Internet access (WiFi)

- Bed linen and towels provided



This apartment is approximately 30m2. It is ideal for 2 people or a couple with children.



Access to the apartment is via a large solid wood staircase that has recently been completely renovated. We ask you to respect the quiet of the building, especially when you take your suitcases up or down.



The building syndicate is installing an elevator. Works start on the 22nd September and will last 1 month

The Neighborhood:

Paris's 9th arrondissement is the perfect balance between the different aspects of Paris! You'll find many charming, typically Parisian streets. You can also take advantage of the superb covered passages to stroll and discover wonders. From the Moulin Rouge, via Opéra and the Grands Boulevards to Place Saint Georges, this district is well worth the detour!



The apartment is located :

- 10 minutes' walk from the Opéra Garnier and department stores (Galeries Lafayette and Printemps Haussmann)

- 25 minutes' walk from the Louvre Museum and Place de la Concorde



Getting Around:

The apartment's convenient location means you'll be able to get around the capital with ease, thanks to a wide range of public transport options:

- Metro: Cadet (line 7), a 2-minute walk away

- Metro: Notre-Dame-de-Lorette (line 12), a 7-minute walk away

- RER: Gare du Nord ( RER B , RER D, lines 4 and 5 ) , 13 minutes on foot

- Velib station

I stayed in this apartment for a week with my 17-year-old daughter, and we loved it! The neighborhood is perfect — full of restaurants, shops, and with easy access to both bus and metro. The description of the apartment matches the reality exactly. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and communication was easy. I recommend this place!

The unit looks nice but has issues. The shower was not draining. Within a couple minutes you were standing in a pool of water that then quickly overflowed all over the bathroom floor. We used multiple towels to clean the floor, afraid of what damage this would cause to an old building, not able to use the shower again. Decided to use the laundry machine, only to find the machine filling up with water when the dryer cycle went on. No one informed us that if the dry cycle isn’t put on within a certain time frame after the wash, it wets the clothes again and essentially you have to start the whole wash/dry cycle again. The property managers had to look into this and this meant that the night before we were leaving we would be stuck in the apartment for the 3hr cycle. My suggestion is to not use the machine - it created a huge headaches for us with wet clothes we had to pack up. The air conditioner in the unit does not work. We were there during very hot conditions which I can’t fault anyone for, just be aware of travelling during the summer, the fans did little to cool the unit down. The information book left in the room shows how to work the air conditioner which doesn’t work). I shared my feedback with one contact and was told the supervisor would be in touch with me and they never reached out. I liked the look and location of the apartment and had higher hopes and was extremely let down.

Beautiful clean apartment, had everything we needed. Great location, lovely area with lots of shops/bars/cafes on the doorstep. Owners were great at responding to any queries very quickly, and were very helpful.

Small place with a great location

Place is tiny but perfect for our stay! The neighborhood is so fun and lively. We loved having access to so much right on our street and within easy driving or walking distances. The place isn’t stocked to what I would expect: no paper towel or Napkins. No toiletries. But was clean. No AC. But there are fans.

Great Paris Apartment.

The property is exactly as shown and located very close to subway line 7 which takes you to Louvre. The apartments Air Conditioner broke two days before arriving but Katia and Emmanuel communicated this to us prior to arrival so although we were disappointed we were not surprised. A discount was also given to Compensate for the A/C issue. It was nice not having to fight for the discount. The apartment is small when the pullout couch is used. If travelling with two people this is a perfect apartment but with a family of three (child just turned 18) it was tight. The general location is very central to main attractions south (Louvre and Arc Triumph) and also to the north (Sacre Coeur). Street can be loud at night but with windows closed it won’t be an issue. We had to keep them open due to the A/C issue. Definitely a good choice when visiting Paris.

Perfect rental

We had a great time staying here. The unit is on a great street with fun restaurants. The unit is small, but was perfect for the two of us. The bed was comfortable and the linens were fresh and plentiful. We love having the ability to do laundry and the washer/dryer was easy to use. It was very warm when we were there [two days over 90F], but even without A/C we were comfortable with opening the windows and using the available fans. The street has very little road traffic noise, and we slept fine with the windows open listening to the ambient city life. We would definitely stay here again!

Be aware

I have stayed in this apartment for 6 nights, and the management failed to mention there was construction going on across the street and in front of the building on the road. Construction started at 7 am with hammering and drilling. Also during the night you can hear people yelling down the street from the restaurants. My stay was irritating with the lack of sleep. The management do not feel responsible for their lack of communication informing me regarding of the construction going on. I had asking for a reimbursement which they have declined. I am not a person to complain, but this is unprofessional and unfair to guests.

Wonderful Apartment On a Cute Street

This place was gorgeous, exactly what I imagine a classic little Paris apartment would be. It's walking distance from many cafes, bars and stores. Check in process was easy and the host was very responsive to messages. Great stay.
