Enjoy relaxing in this homey retreat by the sea! Enjoy all the comforts of home, including a full kitchen, a private washer/dryer, and a furnished patio perfect for casual meals. Central air conditioning will help keep everyone cool inside. This condo is snowbird-friendly, so older guests are welcome to come and relax with ease. Cook up a full meal together in the kitchen, then enjoy it at the custom dining table that shows off the home's seashell collection! Guests can also enjoy access to the community's shared outdoor pool during their stay.

What's nearby:
The beach is just a short walk across Scenic Gulf Drive away. Don't forget to stop at Pompano Joe's for some coconut shrimp down the beach! If you're interested in fishing the local waters, Henderson Beach State Park offers plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just four-and-a-half miles from the condo. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just over three miles away. Gator Beach, just under four miles from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals (including a rare albino alligator).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good experience

It was all around a good experience. Everything was pretty well clean we did find a few items from others that had stayed previously but it was overall very clean and everything worked correctly our family had a blast!

Fall break

Loved the location, walk across the street to the beach.. perfect! 2 and half bathrooms and having the washer/dryer was great.. The condo was clean to the best of the ability of the cleaning crew.. but the carpets are so filthy with old dirt that we had to wear shoes the whole time. The place needs some updates.. definitely needs new furniture.. it’s very dated and dingy.. the bunk beds are very sketchy/weak.. could definitely be reinforced a little better.. also could definitely use a new microwave .. it works but is so small you can barely fit a coffee cup in there. Also we had to go buy our own frying pans because there are 2 there.. neither are nonstick.. one is broken and the other was so burnt up from other peoples use we couldn’t use it.. but Other than those few things it was fine for the week stay.

Was ok

Loved how close it is to the beach, Can’t beat it. However with that being said we wouldn’t stay here again. This condo is so outdated it didn’t seem sanitary. It was neat, but the furniture and carpeting is likely from the 90’s and unless it has been professionally cleaned every two weeks being a rental, it’s definitely unsanitary. Everything from the furniture/carpeting to the doors themselves definitely need to be replaced. We wouldn’t even walk around without socks on. This condos saving grace is the closeness to the beach. Once things are updated this will be a 5 star rental for sure!

Convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at the Peach Seashell. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room. The condo stayed cool and was conveniently located for east beach access. Upon arrival, we were texted that we could check in early. The code did not work and after 30 minutes on the phone we were able to get in at the normal check in time. Not a huge deal. There was a faint smell of cigarette smoke upon entering, then found cigarette butts on the second floor balcony. We don’t smoke, so that was annoying. It should also be noted that while this condo does sleep 9, seven of the sleeping arrangements are in one bedroom. That could have been inconvenient if we had had multiple couples. Most of our party were teen girls. Everything else was as listed and we would likely stay again considering the price during June was hard to beat.

Needs some updates but had everything we needed

The first thing I noticed when I walked in is that it might need some cosmetic updates. Overall, it had everything we needed. We did have an issue with the company sending the wrong code to get into the condo. I had to make a call to get the correct code. They told me it’s a problem with their system continually. Hopefully it’s fixed by now

Spacious, clean, but the codes

Everyone loved the place, it has everything you need, but we had run into an issue with the codes and it was figured out. Except for the beach code, that did not work, sadly the employee I spoke to was unsure as well since the only instructions that were “given” to her are the same as ours. We encountered a few families with the same problem until someone with a real code let us in. Otherwise the place was beautiful. Love love love the table with shells.

Quiet and Convenient

While the place was not perfect (no salt and pepper! haha), it was a great fit for my family and my brother's family that flew out for the trip. There is a cabinet in one of the rooms that is a Murphy bed! We could not tell from the pictures and wondered where that bed was that was mentioned. We thought perhaps it was a sofa bed, but it really was a pull down murphy bed. This complex is my favorite as the beach is literally across the street and there is a pool for the complex that is usually not terribly busy. The entry code is long, but nice to not have keys to worry about losing. It was overall a fantastic experience despite some of the outer bands from Hurricane Ida.

TLC Needed for Unit #44

We love the Gulf Winds location, but unit #44 needed some repairs. We went in the summer of 2021. There were water spots on the ceiling, a leaky kitchen faucet, a missing closet door handle, furniture in disrepair, showers that wouldn't drain properly, etc. Nothing major, but things that you don't expect when you pay ~$2400/wk. We've stayed at another Gulf Winds unit, and the experience was better because the attention to detail reflected care for the unit . . . and the guests. I still recommend Gulf Winds, but consider another unit until this one gets some TLC.

Top Notch!! Perfect for a family!

Perfect little condo with a partial gulf view, just steps away from the beach. Quiet, friendly complex that was well kept and clean. Close to shopping and great restaurants as well! The condo itself was spacious, clean, inviting. Even at max capacity of 9 we still had plenty of room. Our whole experience from start to finish was absolutely top notch. I look forward to reading-renting.
