An ideal house for family holidays near Lacanau lake.

In a very quiet residential area,next to the forest and 5 minutes walk from the lake and the cycle paths, we will be delighted to welcome you to our 150 m² house with 4 bedrooms and which can accommodate up to 8 people.
The distribution of the house is as follows:
- 3 bedrooms, 2 with a 140 bed and 1 with a 160 bed
- 1 parental suite with a 160 bed and a large dressing room
- 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a walk-in shower adjoining the master suite
- 2 toilets
- a separate room fully equipped to work in peace (chair, large desk and screen)
- a laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- a 60 m² air-conditioned kitchen living room with a large dining table, a coffee table
The kitchen is fully equipped with (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, NESPRESSO coffee maker and "normal" coffee maker), American fridge, induction hob, extractor hood
Outside, you can enjoy
- a heated salt pool with Californian beach - possibility of adding barriers if young children
- a 100 m² wooden terrace with 2 covered garden furniture and sun loungers
Also present a garden shed with games.
A barbecue and a plancha are available.
All in a green, flowery environment with a lawn worthy of a golf green.
To flavor and enhance your cooking, you can dig into the herbs of the vegetable garden (mint, sorrel, chives, parsley and basil ... provided that our friends the snails have not been too greedy) as well as in the plantations of the moment (cherry tomatoes, a safe bet ... strawberries, raspberries, rhubarb ... success is not necessarily guaranteed every year).
Sheets are provided and beds are made upon arrival.
The house has broadband fiber (free) and is protected by an alarm system. The gate is electric, remote controlled.
You will be warmly welcomed, and we can help you with your activities during your stay (we will try to be the best advisers possible).
Late arrival and early departure possible.
Rental contract in good and due form, 30% deposit on booking and the balance 15 days before the date of entry into the rental. Deposit check of 1500 euros on arrival.
Cleaning fee of 100 euros per rental.
From July 29th to August 2nd : minimum rental 3 days – 380 euros / night
From August 13th to September 1st : minimum rental 5 days – 400 euros / night and 10 % discount for 7 nights and more.

House located: 5 minutes by bike from downtown Lacanau, 2 minutes by bike from the cycle paths and 15 minutes by car from the ocean
Lots of water activities to practice on the lake: wake cable, kite, paddle, pedal boat... as well as at the ocean.
Also golf, tennis, padel, presence of CAP33 in Lacanau Ville and Lacanau Océan. Many festive events in Lacanau in summer.
Lacanau city market: Saturday morning / Lacanau ocean market: Wednesday morning
Possibility of ordering groceries at U-Drive at the entrance to Lacanau ville.
For the tranquility of the neighborhood, being in a very quiet subdivision, any organization of parties or evenings is prohibited.
