This 3 bedroom home includes new appliances, free WiFi, streaming 4K, 3k-TV in all rooms, the kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, free parking, BBQ grill, USB charging station, the dining room has counter height table and chairs, big backyard, and a backyard deck to enjoy on the sunny days. 5 minutes to highway i-5, 15-20 minutes to Portland Airport, Portland right across the river 10 minutes away. close to downtown, college, and shopping center. There is also a security camera in the driveway.
