Walk/ski to the SnowPine and Sunrise lifts at Holiday Valley and only a few miles from town. Shuttle available on the hour to take you to the main lodge. Easy access to mountain bike and hiking trails in the summer. Parking, gas fireplace, high-speed internet, Roku cable TV and laundry included. Easy, keyless check-in.

This minimal, cozy space is perfect for a couple looking to enjoy a getaway in EVL! Warm up by the gas fireplace after a day on the slopes!

The ground-floor condo has 1 spacious bedroom with a new king bed. The kitchen has a Keurig and drip coffee maker available for guests along with all other kitchen essentials. The living area has a sofa with a full-sized pull out bed for extra sleeping space. The eat-in kitchen has a table that can be used for dining or as a work station. There are is an outdoor patio with access to a charcoal grill and picnic table (in warmer months). Ski right off the patio down to Snowpine lift.

The condo overlooks the Double Black Diamond Golf Course and the development has new tennis and pickle ball courts for guests to enjoy.

Guest Access:
You have access to the entire unit in the condo.

The Neighborhood:
The condo is located at SnowPine Village which surrounds the SnowPine lift at Holiday Valley.

Getting Around:
You can usually hail a ride share on the weekends.

Other Things to Note:
There are stairs to walk down to the unit from the parking lot.

Interaction with Guests:
You will check yourself in and out. I am available via messaging. I try to respond as soon as possible, however, any message after 8pm may not be seen until the next morning.
