Accommodation: 4VSE-ALZ10 - Residence Val St Elme - About 300m from the beach and 700m from the city center.Coquet 2 room apartment of about 40m2 on the ground floor with loggia and terrace fenced by a hedge, with an outdoor private parking space. It consists of an entrance, a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, TV, kitchenette with dishwasher, ceramic hobs, mini oven, bedroom with bed 2 people, bathroom with washing machine, independent toilet.Optional extra services: linen is not provided but it is possible to book it in advance and to collect it at the key-collection (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/ single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit: with a large and small towel: 8.00 €).- High chair rental : 15 € week- Baby cot rental : 15 € week- Wi-Fi rental box : 39 € weekThe rental must be made clean and in good condition. The outing household is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if he wishes, apply for a household benefit 72 hours prior to departure (rate communicated on request)You will be asked to regularize the security deposit of your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and will be required to make it before your arrival (no cash or cheque).We are approved Holiday Cheques.Not suitable for PMRs.Information on the risks to which this property is exposed is available on the Georisques website: www.georisques.gouv.fr The keys are to be picked up at CityGest from 3pm until 5pm.
