Our condo at Powder Ridge is conveniently located between the Village Centre and the Perfection ski run. Perfection takes you to the Plaza Chair, leading to green runs and the Village, as well as the Ridge Rocket Express and Snow Ghost Chairs, leading to all mountain terrain and access to other chairs. The ski locker is located right next to the run; grab your gear, walk 5 steps and pop it on. This is true ski in/ski out access. The Village Centre is a simple 5 minute walk. Amazing views of the Monashee mountains. This four bedroom condo is perfect for visiting the mountain with families and friends. Please feel free to email me with specific questions about the property.

Entertaining areas in the front and quiet bedrooms at the back. The unit is all one level and very accessible from the outside parking lot. We have one underground parking spot. Any further vehicles will have to park in Happy Valley parking lot.

Kitchen has new stainless appliances. Two TV's with all the channels and free wifi. Super Nintendo for the kids. Lots of room for hanging out and family dinners. Super comfy reclining couches. The dining table comfortably seats 6 and there are 4 bar stools in the kitchen. Kids have their own hang out area and enjoy the same channels. And, your own private hot tub right outside the living door which is professionally maintained every week for your comfort and enjoyment.

The unit has two bathrooms, both with bathtubs. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer in the unit as well. Each bedroom and bathroom provides wooden hooks for your clothing and towels.

Summer at Big White, primarily known for its Bike Big White trail system and events as well as alpine hiking is growing rapidly. Each year, several new trails and events are coming to Big White and they are knocking it out of the park with the family oriented set up. Check out the free pump track for the younger kids and the skill building area. Daily/weekly Summer Camps for children are also provided. Please note, we do not have storage for bikes as of yet at our building but Big White will store bikes for $10.00 per night. The hot tub is not available during the Spring/Summer season. Please search summer big white for more up to date information.

Hosts were amazing and so communicative. Always got back super quickly. We stayed over Christmas and New year for 2 weeks. 2 families of 4 …. 8 in total and all pretty much adult size. An absolutely perfect location for ski in and ski out and also super easy walk to the village with supermarket, coffee shop, ski hire, fab shops and plenty of restaurants and bars. Added bonus of an amazing bar / restaurant at the bottom of the steps ( 3 min walk ) with a great “2 hour happy hour” on food and drink The ski lockers were easily accessible down some easy steps that were cleared very morning and then literally a 2 minute trek to an easy blue run to the chair lift ( digital locker did time out a few times but you just had to wait for 5 mins to access )Everything was on one level in the condo. Lounge was plenty big enough for 8 with really, really comfy sofas and a large dining table that easily sat 8 using the stools. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was perfect for 8 of us and plenty of hot water. The kitchen had a massive fridge and freezer, lots of crockery and cutlery but limited cooking pans. Hot tub was perfect for 4 and had a great view on the balcony. Beds were super comfy, duvets and pillows a dream. Turn the heating down as it gets so hot overnight. Washing machine and tumble dryer was fabFabulous hanging space and shelf for helmets with lots of pegs for all ski stuff and boot mats on entry. Drawers underneath beds for clothes please

Ski trip

Truly a ski in ski out location! We all had a fantastic time. It seemed to be right by employee housing so at night there was a little noise after everyone was getting off work but nothing too bad. Would definitely stay again! Short walk to the village!

Nice property and location

This place worked very well for our family of 6. The location is great, very close to the village center. The condo has everything we needed. The hosts are very nice, they responded quickly and accommodated our needs. Highly recommended.

Great location

The place was right off the ski runs and an easy walk to the village. Hot tub was great but it is a 4 person hot tub anymore and it will overflow. Overall great place would recommend and would come back again.

Great location, lots of space

We enjoyed our stay. The entrance area is spacious, great for gearing up and taking off gear. The rooms were in the back area away from the living area so kids were able to go to bed while adults stayed up and visited. It was a short walk to the village and to perfection run. Hosts were very fast with communication. Perfect for our family getaway.

Perfect ski location

This rental was perfectly located, close to shops and skiing but also quiet and private. The hot tub was great. The pictures are very accurate and we were very comfortable.

What a great space the Howletts have offered us! They were prompt to reply anytime I messaged them, and the place was cozy. Lots of space for our group with 5 teens aged 13-19, great location with ski-in ski-out. Would definitely stay here again!

Ski in/out and Close to Village

Enjoyed our stay! Lots of towels for hot tub and shower use. Beds were comfortable. Short walk to the village to pick up forgotten items. Big ski locker with the Pub next door to enjoy a beer for apres ski experience. Shuttle in the village available if you are visiting friends uphilll. Good condition. Property is well maintained.

Great place

This was a really great place in a great location. Ski in/ski out and also just steps from the village. The layout was really great as well. Bedrooms in the back and living space in the front. Owners were really easy to communicate with and accommodated an early check in as well as check out.

Location!!

The location was great right next to the village, quick access to the lifts, and you board right back to your door. Hot tub was adequate, a bbq would have been great. But all in all this place was as advertised as worked well for our group.

Fabulous ski in/ski out family condo

This is our second year staying at this condo, and we love it! The property manager is very quick to respond. The condo has everything you need to enjoy a skiing together as a family, including a private hot tub apres-ski! The kitchen is well set up and stocked with basics for self-catering or you are just a short walk to the village. We will return!
