Located truly in the heart of downtown Nashville, our historic and spacious 1 bed 1 bath condo will be everything you need from comfort to convenience during your Nashville adventures! This condo was so much better than staying in a hotel room. It was roomy, clean, had a great kitchen and everything was so well laid out. Had a great music city vibe to it. I am a very light sleeper and figured I would have a hard time sleeping because you know this is Nashville and its gonna be noisy at night, but the bedroom is kind of sealed off and with the noise machines he provided I slept great.Owner was responsive to any questions we had, literally replied within minutes. Access to downtown Broadway was perfect and the parking next door was so convenient. We parked our car and left it there. Don't stay in a crowded hotel when this place is so much better. Highly recommend!!

Our property host Shaun was amazing he made us feel welcomed and went over and beyond to answer my questions within minutes! The property is described exactly on web site, and very clean and felt safe during our stay. I highly recommend staying here and would do it all over again in the near future! All the fun is within walking distance. The parking was very convenient for our stay as well. Highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay at this one-bedroom, one-bathroom VRBO in Nashville. The unit was spotless and well taken care of, which made it easy to settle in right away. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, including Broadway, restaurants, and entertainment. Communication from the manager was clear, fast, and helpful, which made the whole process smooth from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again!

My sister n law, niece and I came to see the Dolly Musical and explore Nashville. Shaun's condo was safe, clean, roomy, and had everything we needed and then some! It's walking distance to Broadway and many restaurants and stores.

Great location, awesome space

The loft has a great set up, very open feeling and clean. Great location, easy walk to Nissan Stadium, Broadway, etc. Parking was very close and easy. Shaun was easy to communicate with.

Anniversary Trip

Shaun is an outstanding host. The condo exceeded my expectations. It was clean and well-furnished and had great appliances. Its everything you need. The location is very quiet and within walking distance of Printers Alley and Broadway as well as other major attractions and restaurants. Parking is right next door and convenient. We would definitely book again if I came back to Nashville.

Absolutely Amazing

First and foremost, the property owner is amazing and responsive. Everything that was described was how it was when we got there !! The unit was AMAZING!! We had the best time!! Location was perfect!! We walked everywhere went.

Chic Urban Vibe

Loved the brick and the exposed ceiling. This was just the place we needed. The unit was spotless and so cozy. Loved it being so close to everything but just off the beaten path. We could hear the bustle of the city, but we didn’t mind. Plenty of towels and everything else for a comfortable stay. We would definitely book again!

NYE Nashville

We had a little rough start on the first day, but the Host Shaun did a wonderful job making sure the rest of our stay wasn’t ruined because of it! The condo is great in every way; clean, quiet, and only 2 blocks north of Morgan Wallens bar (and all of broadway)!! Having a parking spot included was so helpful and saved money too! I will definitely recommend and hopefully be back!

The perfect Nashville experience!

Shaun was absolutely amazing! His place is absolutely perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway, but so incredibly close! you can literally see Morgan wallen bar from the entrance! We felt safe in the area and the place was immaculate! Everything you would need was there! Starbucks is close by which was great as well! We give this place a 10/10 and would be back in a heartbeat! Ive stayed in Nashville before and would say our experience in this Vrbo was better than ever! We can’t wait to be back!

CMA Fest 2024

This condo is just perfect. The location couldn't be better, and the condo has everything you could possibly need and more. We spent 4 nights for CMA Fest and it was an easy walk getting around to see everything. The bed was so comfortable. We slept great, and having the extra space for some down time during the day was so much nicer than a hotel. The host was so helpful and responsive and made the check-in process a breeze. I would definitely recommend this condo and hope we can stay there again!

This place is incredible!

This loft is amazing!!!!!!! Very clean, and spacious with really tall ceilings, bright beautiful windows and real exposed brick. The historic building is a true hidden gem. The location is perfect, 2 short blocks and you are in the center of Broadway. Fully stocked with coffee, creamer, more toiletries than a hotel, hairdryer, iron, full kitchen, washer dryer, detergent, the list goes on. The beds were so comfortable we actually slept on the Murphy Bed in the living room so we could listen to the city buzz and watch the rain fall. The neighborhood felt safe and the unit itself was quiet, private and secured. Also you are right next door to the Marriott which has a Starbucks, so you don't feel isolated. The host was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive although we didn't really need anything because everything was perfect. Thanks for hosting us!!

Perfect Location

This is the perfect spot for your trip to Nashville. The location is amazing and the apartment was clean and equipped with everything you could need. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would happily book this again for any future trip to Nashville.
