This beautiful contemporary 125 sq. m villa on one level, stylishly decorated and very bright, includes :
- a very large yard including outdoor furniture, a barbecue and a ping pong table,
- a large and bright living and dining room,
- two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm),
- a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm),
- a bedroom with 2 simple beds,
- two bathrooms including one with a shower and one with a tub,
- a nice and well equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, hotplates, dish-washer, fridge, freezer),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer,
- TV, Wi-Fi,
Cars can be parked on the yard. It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail.

Please note the additional fees below for :
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€

## Neighborhood

Located between the Basque and the Landes Countries, you will be at the best place to fully enjoy the animations of the Coast, while resting in a calm and peaceful environment. Shops will be just nearby, with numerous proximity shops less than 10 min walking away, as well as a zoo and an aquatic park less than 20 min away. You will also join the beach in 10 min walking. At last, in a few minutes driving, you will reach the cities of Bayonne, Biarritz or Hossegor.

At your arrival, you will be welcomed by the concierge of Welkeys who will give you keys and will assist you during your stay.
