In the heart of Saint-Restitut, a typical and peaceful village in Drôme Provençale, La Maison Fontaine welcomes you for a relaxing stay in the south of France. Classified as a 4-star tourist accommodation, this air-conditioned stone house of 125 m², fully renovated, is ideal for family or friends' holidays. It features an inner courtyard with a fountain, a secure pool, a large terrace, and a warm and functional living space.



Upon your arrival, you are welcomed into an intimate courtyard, bordered by stone walls, where a 9 m² pool basin sits, secured by an immersed alarm (unheated).



An external staircase leads to a spacious terrace fitted with a dining area and sunbeds, perfect for summer meals or relaxing in complete tranquillity.



The main entrance to the house is at this level. You directly access a bright living area, consisting of a fully equipped open kitchen and a comfortable, air-conditioned living room with TV and WiFi.

•Bedroom 1: double bed 160 cm

•Bedroom 2: two single beds 90 cm + mezzanine with two additional sleeping spaces (70 cm beds), ideal for children or teenagers
