This stunning home welcomes you with a spacious, open floor plan that sleeps 6 comfortably. The open kitchen and dining area leads you out to a private backyard with a covered patio, pool, hot tub, and a turf yard perfect for games or entertaining. The luxurious kitchen has ample storage space, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked for your cooking needs.

The master bedroom is a dream! Beautiful views from your king bed look out to the pool, as well as a large walk in closet and a full bath, walk in shower, and double sinks. Two other bedrooms boast queen size beds. There is also a den with a pull out couch (memory foam queen size mattress), perfect for kids or an extra sleeping space.

A two car garage is available for your use as well as 4 cruiser bikes. The house is close to flat, paved trails so you can ride for miles. There is also a neighborhood park just a short walk away. There is a separate laundry room where you will have access to a washer and dryer. This home has it all and much more!

Only 25 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and minutes from the Mesa airport, this house is also close to the new Gilbert Regional Park, spring training baseball stadiums, golf courses, downtown Gilbert, SanTan Village, and everything else the beautiful East Valley has to offer!

Beautiful home, amazing pool, great neighborhood, overall excellent stay! Everything about the home is perfect! From the cozy family room, the relaxing outdoor patio to the awesome pool. Oasis for our family with young children

Our stay was relaxing and made easy with this beautiful home. Our time was enhanced by a a clean, ordered, and well stocked space as well as a responsive host. Everyone, ranging from 2.5 years -50 years old enjoyed!

Great property and owner communication!

Stayed here for a softball tournament in December. Kids loved the pool and spa. Plenty of space inside the house for everyone to relax and feel at home. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals. Highly recommend.

AZ Family Getaway

Mandy was a great host with a beautiful property. As a family with small ones, we very much appreciated all of the extras in the house to make packing easier! This property is family friendly, clean and identical to how it is displayed in the listing! If we find ourselves in AZ again, we would certainly consider this property!

Kids reunion

Perfect for my unique situation. Autistic son was very comfortable relaxing in the clean well maintained house while my outgoing daughter had a blast reuniting with her school friends in the really nice pool! We will definitely make this an annual trip.

Great house

The house was great! The kids loved the pool. We chose this based on the proximity to our family who live in AZ. This was 10 min away. The location is great. Close to shopping, parks and restaurants. We traveled to downtown Gilbert for dinner which was only 18 min away. Mandy was great and fast with communication. Such a great home! We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful spring break trip in this beautiful home. It was clean, comfortable and so peaceful. The back yard is very private, beautiful and our daughters loved the pool and hot tub. Having so many neighborhood parks in the area was fun to walk to as well. Mandy was very quick to respond with anything needed throughout the entire process. We would love to come back someday!

Clean and accommodating

We stayed at this house after Christmas. They were very accommodating as our stay changed with the Southwest Airlines complications. The house was great. It was clean and easily accessible. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. What a great stay. We will certainly look to come back to this house. Thanks.

Such a great property - highly recommend!

We loved our stay at the Sun Spot! Everything was so well-organized and clear, in terms of making the initial arrangements and getting acquainted with the new place upon arrival. The house is lovely and spacious with lots of natural light. It's well-appointed, with loads of bath towels and pool towels and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. The beds are very soft and comfortable, with high quality bedding, and we slept very well. The bedrooms also have room-darkening blinds, which is a nice touch. The pool and hottub are wonderful, and perfectly maintained: definitely the highlight of our trip! Also we were excited that there were so many floaties and toys for our child to play with in the pool. The area is quiet and safe, with some wonderful walking trails nearby, and several little playgrounds, which our 8-year-old enjoyed. Mandy was great to communicate with, and was very responsive to our questions both before and during our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Girlfriend get away

We thought the property to be very clean and as we expected except for the pool and hot tub use. Vrbo site says heated pool and hot tub. It wasn't until we arrived and read the notebook that to have the heat turned on in the pool was 70 per day and 20 per day for hot tub. At that point it would have probably taken our entire stay to heat and we felt the ad was misleading. Please correct me if I am wrong and missed something in the ad.

45 days of Vacation

We could not be happier with our stay at this property. Mandy, the host , was very responsive to any issue. The home was clean, comfortable, perfect in location for quietness and facilities. We will definitely stay here again if it is available when we plan our yearly stay.

Nice quiet location for a winter getaway

This is the second year we have rented this house. It’s a nice place in a quiet neighborhood that is real close to fry’s grocery store and other shopping and restaurants. The pool heat doesn’t seem to be very warm compared to other places we have stayed but it was manageable. Only real complaint is the trees around the pool drop leaves in it and can also shade out the sun. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Great spot

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, was clean and had all the needed supplies for a long stay. Mandy was kind enough to accommodate our request for early check-in, and was quick to respond on a couple of inquiries we had during our time there.
