Train station at 700m (10 min walk)
Quiet, in a very well maintained residence, the beach 2 minutes, 2 steps from the city center, markets and shops.
All you have to do is put your towel on the sand, a change of scenery is guaranteed .
Les Sables d'Olonne, Vendée coast, seaside resort famous for its Vendée Globe.
Studio of 22 m² ideally located.
Close to sailing and surfing schools, 50m from pedestrian streets and shops.
Quietly located on the 2nd floor with elevator.

The cleaning will be done after your departure so that you can enjoy the places and the beach until the end.
Bed linen is provided, towels are not but can be rented from the concierge if needed.
