Location :

Ideally located, the L'Olvera residence celebrates the art of living and the pleasure of relaxing.
The location at 1950m, at the foot of the slopes, the quality of the top-of-the-range services of the apartments and the proximity of the shops and restaurants of Haut Valmeinier, ensure you a comfortable stay for your week in the mountains.

The cleaning service is included and cover the rental of bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.

LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN:
The apartment is composed of a living room with a lounge area with wood stove, a dining room and an equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts (induction hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Nespresso, ...) This room opens onto the 17m2 balcony facing west

DOUBLE ROOM :
You will find two double bedrooms with 160x200 beds, cupboards, TV and access to the balcony. One of them has its own bathroom with WC.

Spacious room for 4 people with a 160x200 bed and two 90x200 beds on the mezzanine.

On the ground floor, you have a ski locker with boot dryer and direct access to the slopes. In the closed basement of the residence, a parking space with charging socket is reserved for you.
