Location :

Ideally located, the L'Olvera residence celebrates the art of living and the pleasure of relaxing.
The location at 1950m, at the foot of the slopes, the quality of the top-of-the-range services of the apartments and the proximity of the shops and restaurants of Haut Valmeinier, ensure you a comfortable stay for your week in the mountains.

The cleaning service is included and cover the rental of bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.

This apartment offers a modern and warm decoration and high quality equipment. The visuals were made according to the owners' choice of materials and furniture.

LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN:
The apartment is composed of a living room with a lounge area, a dining room and an equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts (induction hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and washer-dryer) This room opens onto the 14m2 balcony facing west

BEDROOM :
You will find a double bedroom with a 160x200 bed and 2 large closets

SLEEPING CORNERS:
Two sleeping areas (blind) offer 140x200 beds and storage. One of them has a TV while the other benefits from the brightness of the living room thanks to a glass roof.

SHOWER ROOM et WC:
Finally, you will have at your disposal a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Cot, baby chair, baby bath and changing table available.

The layout of the apartment makes it ideal for accommodating two families or a group of friends (up to 6 people).

On the ground floor, you have a ski locker with boot dryer and 1 parking space in the closed basement of the residence.
