The location is ideal for a week or more with family or friends, as you can easily walk or cycle to Lake Biscarrosse for boating or paddleboarding, and you have close access to the Landes cycle paths. You are also just 12km from Biscarrosse beach for surfing lessons. The house comprises a living room with a TV/Wi-Fi area and a sofa bed that sleeps two, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, etc., a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and storage, and a shower room with WC. Outside, a garden with garden furniture surrounds the house, perfect for enjoying sunny days. Several parking spaces are available on the property. Your pets (cats or dogs) are welcome. A sunny holiday awaits! End-of-stay cleaning is included.
