Read the small print!

A disappointing stay. I chose the apartment as it is near Cannes station, but you have to collect the keys on the opposite side of town, a 6km round trip. Bed linen is an extra charge, but was stained and had to make the bed up. Wifi is extra, and didn't work. The property was dirty, I had to clean the patio and furniture. The apartment is shabby, it feels like repairs/maintenance are only done when absolutely necessary, and the agency Interhome didn't seem to care about the problems. The location and grounds are good though.

Upon being informed about the bed linen, we promptly provided a replacement, and we would like to note that the linen charge is clearly listed on our website. Additionally, we offered an extra cleaning service, but we understand you declined. Some of the concerns raised, such as the furniture condition, are related to older furnishings that are not currently planned for replacement. Regarding the WiFi, we refunded you immediately when it didn’t work as expected. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we will use them to enhance our guest experience. Séjour Confortable

Le logement est confortable et sympa. Rien à reprocher sauf, une petite remarque, ça aurait été plus intéréssant que lors de la sortie des logements, de déposer les clés dans une boite aux lettres dans l'immeuble vu que l'agence est localisée loin par rapport à la résidence.

Bonnes vacances quand même

Location a fuir si vous êtes un groupe de jeunes amis ! Les voisins sont détestables, ils ne supportent aucun bruit (interdit de parler sur son balcon) et ils ne supportent pas les jeunes en règle générale. Sinon, le mobilier est très vieillot mais le balcon est grand et vue sur la piscine et l’espace vert. Le lave vaisselle ne marchait pas (l’agence était au courant depuis 2017 mais ne nous l’a pas dis). L’appartement est super bien situé (proche de la plage et du centre ville).

Interhome and omissions

While the apartment was old and quaint which was acceptable the level of cleanliness in the kitchen was not. Dishwasher did not work and there was no tea towel to dry the dishes which we had to hand wash. This apartment was not checked prior to letting. Neither was it checked by a representative of Interhome when we left and the system of collecting and dropping off the keys was unacceptable since the apartment and Interhome were miles apart. It cost us €25 in a taxi to drop off the keys. The apartment was very far uphill and was some climb every time we went back there. On the day we got there we found it difficult to gain access because the instructions said to rub the fob over a plate which had two words on it. The plate had no words as they had been worn off from use - you need to draw a diagram to show which is the fob plate. We would not stay there again.

Direkt am Puls von Cannes

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in diesem Jahr im Riviera Park. Kurze Wege zum Markt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind neben einen kleinen Blick auf den Alten Hafen, die einlaufenden Kreuzfahrschiffe, das große Plus. Die Grünanlage und der Poll werden regelmäßig gepflegt und geputzt. Im vergangen Jahr war das Geschirr der Küche sehr sauber, was in diesmal nicht der Fall war. Durch einen Durchlauf der Geschirrspülmaschine war das erledigt.

Gepflegte Anlage der kurzen Wege

Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Schöner Blick auf einen Teil des alten Hafens und die Kreuzfahrtschiffe. Fussläufig alles leicht zu erreichen. Markthallen, Restaurantes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Tiefgarage, wie fast überall, für große Fahrzeuge gerade noch so geeignet.
