We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of La Ciotat, this charming apartment remade with nine with garage, offering services top of the range. Air-conditioned, 150 meters from the beach and with a surface area of 42 m², it can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 28 m², an open kitchen equipped, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 60 m² with a terrace. Wifi, we are waiting for you!

The housing is composed as follows:
- A bright living room of 28 m² with TV, double sofa bed (160x200) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, induction cooker, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room with Italian shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A wooden terrace of about 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A closed garden with possibility to put the bikes on the ground.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in La Ciotat, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
This nautical station, classified 4 stars and constituting the door of the National Park of the Calanques, is the cradle of the cinema and that of the petanque.
Come and discover the many activities that this charming city has to offer: go to the port market to stock up on fresh and local products, then dive into the clear waters of the famous Côte d'Azur, indulge in various water sports and take a short break in the sublime creeks of Figuerolles or on the Green Island. At the end of the day, take a walk in the botanical garden of Mugel which will amaze you by the beauty and diversity of the plants, then go to the main square to enjoy an open-air cinema. Finally, a pedestrian/bike path accessible to all allows you to go from the residence to the train station or to the beach in a few minutes on a very pleasant path.

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage of the apartment for 1 vehicle (maximum height 183 cm).
