Nice property and lovely accommodations

We had a very pleasant experience. The Wyndham property is pretty, the condo was clean and well appointed, and the area is very pleasant with lots to do.

Great location

Well appointed kitchen, beautiful views of the mountains and the sunset from the balcony, close to the bike path, stores and Catalina State Park, beautifully decorated modern decor, comfortable bed, would stay again.

I paid in advance for 5 nights and my host only booked me for 4. I had to pay Wyndham for the fifth night and despite speaking to the host’s management company by phone, have not received the promised refund for the cancelled night, nor can I get them on the phone. If VRBOcan assist in any way, I would be grateful.

Feeling lucky

The property was very comfortable. When checking in, I had booked 6 night stay but was only given a room for 3 nights. Calling Christian’s answering service was told they were working on the other 3 nights and I may need to change rooms. Talking with property staff, booking with Christian not always worked out. One family had a 14 night stay booked and confirmed but only was allowed to stay 5 nights. I would absolutely recommend finding another rental manager. The property does handle rentals through their office.

Property still in good condition in spite of Covid last 2 years. Safety procedures in place and staff is good about explaining. Very quiet during our stay.
