The Space:

The open-concept living area features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a three-seater breakfast bar. The inviting living space includes a comfortable seating area and a large-screen TV, perfect for relaxation. Large glass doors open to the veranda, which offers an outdoor dining table for six, BBQ grill and additional seating to take in the stunning views.



The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom, complete with a rain shower and a separate bathtub for the ultimate relaxation. In contrast, the second bedroom offers two full-size beds, providing a cozy and inviting sleeping space for guests.



Luxury Linens and bedding, towels, soaps, and air conditioning are provided, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

The Neighborhood:

Playa Ocotal is a quiet stretch of sandy beach about a third of a mile long and is ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and other outdoor activities. It is the perfect place to rest, relax, and enjoy peace and quiet.

The property has one designated parking space and two visitor parking spaces.



As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
