Renovated in the early 1990's to include 3 full 'old school' size bedrooms upstairs plus separate sitting area. Updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances

The property was purchased for its proximity to the numerous educational institutions nearby, several within walking distance when public transportation was lacking in the area. Today the house is in close proximity to the same schools and the choices have widened to include Morehouse Medical School, Georgia State University and several charter schools.
