- Miami Circle National Historic Landmark sits right next to the building — a unique waterfront archeological site.

- Little Havana, Wynwood, and South Beach are all a quick ride away (usually 10–15 minutes).



If you prefer to explore without driving, the Metromover is steps away — free, fast, and connects you to Downtown & the Arts District.

Other Things to Note:

Security Deposit / Damage Waiver: Before check-in, all guests must choose either a refundable $1,000 security deposit or a $60 non-refundable damage waiver (covers accidental damages up to $500). Exclusions apply—see House Rules for details.

Pool Access

-The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays.

-There is no pool access Monday–Friday, including holidays.

-Please note: pool hours and availability are managed by the building, not the host.



Façade Renovations & View Obstruction

-The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year

-Balconies are closed and cannot be used

-Views from the unit will be blocked

Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views

-Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours

-Noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM

-Balcony furniture is not permitted during this period.

-The building may issue fines of up to $3,000 if furniture is placed on balconies.

-This unit is being offered at a discounted rate to reflect these temporary conditions.



Parking: Valet parking is available at the building (hourly rates apply; no in/out privileges). We also offer private nearby parking for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability (9 spots total).

Height clearance: 6’2” (1.88 m). Please confirm your vehicle fits before requesting.

Wonderful unit!

This unit is well kept and has beautiful views with floor to ceiling windows. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The pool facilities were great too. Also, nice location and surrounding areas.

Fantastic view! Great for our family!

Perfect condo for our family with a phenomenal view of the water and the city. Numerous restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Well-equipped, clean and well appointed, we’ll absolutely book here again.

Relaxation with a view!

This property is exactly as it looks in the pictures! Clean and bright with breathtaking views! We loved our stay and will definitely return to this property or others managed by this group. Great attention from managers if I needed anything. Food trucks nearby a bonus for an easy meal on the water.

Nice apartment.

Apartment was very well maintained and everything within the apartment worked. Significant street noise despite being on 18th floor. Pool side drilling was going on most days due to hot water being routed to pool and cold water being routed to jacuzzi.

The condo unit itself was beautiful, the lobby gets a little wild on the weekends and it's always very crowded in the valet area. But overall a nice property and the unit was very nice!

Location 10/10, Views 10/10, Space and Listing Accuracy 10/10, Service 10/10. Dishwasher was not working, someone came in right away and fixed it.Cleanliness 6/10. At first glance it was bright and clean however it was a bit dusty and could have used a dust and mop throughout. Rug in the living room needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced, couches need to be cleaned. Checkout 0/10. We left the unit at 10:45 and found out that only 2 out of 6 elevators were working, right at checkout time. We waited for the elevator for about ONE HOUR and finally gave up and took the stairs 18 FLOORS down to the lobby carrying all of our luggage. That is unacceptable. What if it was someone in a wheelchair? The renters said the building was out of their control, I can understand that but it is still unforgivable that a 48 story building would have this kind of issue. Very disappointed. Could have missed our flight.

Beautiful VRBO in an AMAZING location!! We arrived a little early and they let us check in early which was nice. When we walked in the rug and bed sheets were still dirty but as soon as we asked for it to be cleaned they did. Clock on the wall didn’t work.. kind of annoying but not a deal breaker. Furniture is a little run down and needs a paint job….you can tell it’s a rental but still nice. Being on the 18th floor we could hear a lot of street noise … cars speeding/ honking all day and all night and music from the restaurant/club one night. We were still able to sleep though. Location was great… we did not need a car and could walk everywhere to shop or to eat or to get snacks/water at Whole Foods. Beds were on the softer side but super comfy!! Overall we had a great stay and would rent again! :)

Probably the most disgusting property we have been in and we are in travel industry. Falsely advertised as a beautiful place did not resemble pictures at all. Holes in ceiling, walls, broken mirror, cigarette burns on kitchen cabinets an nasty stained carpet. I would not let my family stay there. Checking in was a mess took 3 attempts and manager just said oh well. They are refusing refund. Very disappointing at best. Don't stay there

This place was great for our vacation it was a few things that could have been cleaned better but overall everything was great. Not far from downtown it seemed pretty central to everything. Enjoyed my stay.

We had a terrible experience

First of all, it was a hassle to get up to the room because we weren’t able to get up to our floor without the proper keys given. Second, once we did finally get access to the FOB keys, they weren’t charged so we had to deal with security. Third, the wifi was not functioning. Lastly, I had already put my card down prior to arriving to the property and I was under the impression that it was going to get charged. When I got there, they made me swipe a card. I was confused because I thought my card was already going to get charged. The place looks like the pictures, but the service was terrible.

Mid-winter break with my wife and daughter

We flew in from Memphis and my daughter joined from DC. The property was ideal. My daughter had to do some remote work and the dining room was a wonderful place for her to work. The bedrooms were both comfortable. The location is ideal and the facilities at ICON we excellent - gym, spa, etc.

After having lived all over the world across four different continents, my husband and I decided to return to Miami, a city we have always loved. We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. I have used VRBO abroad and I want to offer my guests a real “home away from home” experience.

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.

Awesome Place. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.

You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
