Experience the charm of Nashville in this unique design of a modern LA Loft . With an open floor plan and a spacious rooftop deck, it's the perfect home base for your stay in Nashville. Located in the heart of Melrose in Berry Hill, a small city within a city in Nashville also known as "Music Hill". Walkable to many music hill attractions, restaurants, big machine brewery, recording studios, and escape game. 2 miles to Downtown, Broadway, and The Gulch.

This is a three level townhome with rooftop deck. The first level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, and living room. On the second level you have the primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, laundry room, and another bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath. The third level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional bedrooms with king beds, and a hall bath.

Credit Card Processing Fees are non-refundable.

Guests have access to the entire private home and attached two car garage that can fit two small or mid-size vehicles. One additional dedicated parking space is available behind the home.

Your host is available by message or text throughout your stay.

General Inquiries are answered M-F 8am-5pm CST during business hours.
Emergency Calls after 9pm CST: Please call Twice in a Row from the same number to bypass Do Not Disturb Settings. Emergencies include Lockout, Busted Pipes, or other Major Issue. For Fire/Police/Medical Emergency call 911 first.

Located in a desirable area in Melrose/8south minutes from 12south, Gulch, Downtown. Melrose in Berry Hill is a small city within a city in Nashville also known as "Music Hill" Walkable to many Music Hill attractions, recording studios, restaurants, and escape game. 2 miles to Downtown, Broadway, and The Gulch. Coffee shops, restaurants, and bars close by.

We recommend ride share when visiting downtown as parking can be challenging and expensive.

We loved this house! It was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and very welcoming. We were there to celebrate my birthday with friends and it was everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, lovely to have 3 full bathrooms. It was great to have the garage to park in. Very close to the places we wanted to see. I just wish I stayed longer to spend more time at the beautiful home. We were out exploring most of the weekend! I would recommend and definitely stay here again if we come back to Nashville!

Beautiful place, great communication with host, but don’t plan on sleeping. Train track right by unit and run all throughout the night!

Awesome Rental!

We had a great stay here. We had great communication with the property manager. We noticed some damages from the prior renters right when we arrived and let her know just in case she was unaware of them. The house would be a great space for 4 sets of couples. We were just two couples, but enjoyed the extra space and rooftop deck! Thanks again for having us!!

Nice place.

The place suited our group of 8 well. Short 10 minute urber to downtown. Nicely decorated. Actual neighborhood is a little sketch. Beds were so so. Black towels that leave fuzz All over you after shower not great. Manager friendly.

Property just as depicted, lovely. Never cooked ( besides coffee). We are older, so there are a lot of stairs. Enjoyed the third floor tv room the best, was too warm to sit on porch this visit, but very comfortable looking. Only negative is the freight train near by, whistle went off during the night and works wake us.

Stayed here with two other couples for a weekend getaway. Property location was good except for as others say-the railroad. They blew horns every morning around 3 and 5, but otherwise it’s a quiet neighborhood. We loved the openness of the kitchen and living room and having the rooftop sitting area. There is garage parking if you rent a car, but uber/lyft is about 12-15 depending on location and time of.day if you don’t. We enjoyed having space together and being able to cook breakfast before heading out each morning.

Amazing house

Nice property

Beautiful property. Close proximity to downtown and neighborhood restaurants by short uber rides. Close to the trains so you can hear it. Great stay I would stay there again.

Cutest place and close to every thing

The beautiful house was a delight to stay in. It was clean, well stocked and the rooms were spacious. When our flight got delayed, they generously extended our check-out time. I highly recommend staying there every time you visit Nashville. It's a must-book - you won't regret it.

This place is great. Super roomy. Very accommodating, well stocked, well planned, bedroom to bathroom ratio is spot on. Garage was an extra bonus!The train is noisy. Interrupting sleep noisy. Plan on needing white noise makers if you are not a heavy sleeper.

Great rooftop space with large bedrooms. Very clean.

Its a great place with many bedrooms and plenty of room. The rooftop patio is a great enteratining space and the decor is beautiful. The trains are pretty loud about 7 am which worked out since i needed to head to the office anyway but the primary bedroom could really use a blackout curtain or any curtains for that matter to help make it a little darker if you intend on getting any sleep after that wakeup. Its a short trip to downtown.

Beautiful home

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful home. Everything from start to finish was seem less. Quick, easy and absolutely zero stress. The home was stocked with all the essentials and the small touches did not go unnoticed. Cleanliness was impeccable, and location was perfect The views were stunning! Thank you for having us. We had enough room to spread out. We were together, with the option of finding a quite space

We came for the Minnesota Viking vs Tennessee Titans football game. Our group not only went to the game, but check our Broadway, County Music HOF, the Nashville Zoo. The home was close to everything. We loved playing games on the rooftops deck with the fireplace with the city skyline as a back drop.

Nashville Weekend

Such a wonderful place for couples and/or extended family to stay together. All bedrooms have king size comfortable beds with private baths. Bedrooms are on second and third floors. Very close to downtown, shopping and airport.

Absolutely amazing stay!

Great Getaway VRBO

Our family stayed in this VRBO for 10 days. It is a very nice property, and everything was exactly as advertised. Every bedroom had its own TV, and all the bathrooms were beautiful. Each floor has its own thermostat which was really nice as well. The only improvement I would make is to add some blackout shades in the master bedroom as the ambient light outside made the room a little too light at night, but we got used to it. The property manager is very responsive and checks to make sure all is well. I would recommend this property to anyone and would definitely use it again.
