- Board the round-trip shuttle (during 'season' 15 Nov - 30 Apr; times posted at the entrance of Wild Pines) to conveniently transport you to Bonita Bay's private pavilion on beautiful Bonita Beach (w/bathroom facilities and vending). Local past-time is to watch for dolphins and the 'green flash' at sunset... accompanied by applause. 'Off-season,' parking is available at the pavilion. The original beach club is under construction from Hurricane Ian. There are two other beaches (lovers Key and Docs)that the shuttle will take you to. The new beach club is scheduled to open sometime June or July summer of 2025
- Riverwalk Park, at Bonita Bay’s southern border, is located on the Imperial River. The park offers 1 lighted tennis court, pickle ball courts, a basketball court, 3 bocce ball courts, children’s playground, restroom facilities, 2 pet stations, canoe racks, boat docks and a launching ramp. There is also a twelve-station fitness course called the Parcourse. The park and its facilities are available for all Bonita Bay residents and their guests.
- Shop right outside of Bonita Bay's gate at the 'Promenade' with its great restaurants (favorite: DeRomo's) and fun boutiques, as well as shop up the road at 'Coconut Point' with it's high-end shopping and restaurants. Grocery and drug stores abound nearby.
- Visit the wonderful Naples Zoo 'down the road.' Listen for the lion's roar... and don't miss the alligator show!
- Located an easy 20 mile drive to Ft Meyers international airport (RSW). Or about 55 minutes to Punta Gorda airport (PGD). Both are easy access airports.
