Horrible

I stayed at the property Swpt 8th-11th. I believe the pictures on the web site are old pictures. The pictures make the house look very roomy and its not. The Casita was very hot every night that we were there. After complaining the sent out repair tech out. That didn't help because it was still hot. I slept on the couch the entire trip. The towels were dingy and the house can use some updating.

Thank you so much Daphne for your review of our home. We do have record that we sent out the AC tech for the 2 bedroom casita and it was fixed the first night of your stay and within the first four hours of you alerting us. There was no other communication from you in regards to it not being fixed or you not being satisfied. The property was at a cool 74 degrees after the casita AC system reset. The main house AC was working as well, with 5 spacious bedrooms to use during that 4 hour window. Our house was recently updated and we take pride in its décor as well as how well it has been maintained. We will absolutely look into the towels you mentioned, as we have luxury bath towels for use inside of the property, as well as separate pool towels for outside use only that are of a different material. Perhaps the pool towels are what you are referring to? Safe travels and all the best!
