This charming 40 m² ground-floor flat with air-conditioning can accommodate 2 people and is available to rent in Saint-Palais. It comprises a lovely 24 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy the 2,000 m² wooded garden and terrace. Bed linen and towels included, wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 24 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, sofa and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, extractor fan, electric kettle, hob, Senseo pod coffee maker...
- A 16 m² bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and an en suite shower room with WC.

Please note that the first floor of this house is occupied, so you will only have access to the ground floor and outside.

Exterior:
- A beautiful garden of around 2,000 m², planted with trees and flowers, facing south-west.
- A 30 m² terrace facing south and south-west, shaded and furnished to make the most of the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Palais, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting on the edge of the village. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby.

Activities :
Renowned as a nature destination, this region is packed with beautiful landscapes and breathtaking views! An ideal place for exploring, you'll have the chance to explore the area on foot or by bike, taking advantage of the many footpaths in the canton or the mountains of the Basque Country, just a short drive away.
Head to Saint-Palais to enjoy a good meal in one of the town's restaurants, wander around the town centre, try your hand at a game of pelota on one of the many frontons...
If you'd like to discover the region, this flat is a great base from which to explore the coast, taking a 1-hour drive along the roads to Bidart, Anglet, Biarritz... and their famous beaches where surfing and a festive atmosphere go hand in hand!
