Guests say, “It’s likely the Best VRBO you will ever experience". Centrally located, just 12 minutes to Troy or Montgomery. Sleeps: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins (Bunkbed). Enjoy high-end furnishings: Tempur Pedic®, Ethan Allen®, and Williams Sonoma®. Family fun paved walking/bike trails, patio, fireplace, and your private saltwater pool. Kiddo Treehouse has 2 slides. Enjoy DIRECTV, fast wifi internet, great cell signal. Easy checkout, no chores. Experience, what Guests call a Top 1% property.

All YEAR ROUND:
Resort patio, outdoor wood-burning fireplace. Treehouse and propane patio table for cozy evenings. Outside propane grill, inside full kitchen, private master bedroom. Spiral staircase up to loft bedroom. Separate bunk beds for kiddos. High-speed Wifi and excellent cell service.

SUMMERTIME: Saltwater pool

PARKING:
North side of the main house at the garage. There is a parking sign on the garage door.

SECURITY & PRIVACY:
Approved Guests will have a resort-style time. We are not an external party venue. Booked guests are only allowed to party on the property.

Security System: Only the main house and its exterior perimeter have security system cameras. There is no security system or cameras inside the guest cottage.

Exterior lights are automatic.

Many guests enjoy our fully equipped kitchen after stopping in Montgomery or Troy to visit the Publix Grocery Stores and loading up on groceries. While there is a Dollar General just down the street, other food options nearby are limited.

Complimentary self-serve continental breakfast items are provided once per stay: (items may change subject to availability).

Always a favorite!

This was our third stay and it was amazing as always— the only sad part is it’s gotten so popular, we can’t come as often as we wish we could!! The best VRBO experience is off the highway in Ramer!!

Perfect

It was very clean and the pool is great! We stayed there as a half way point to our way home, but it felt like a mini vacation there and not just a stopping place. We loved it!

Lovely Cottage Stay

My family and I enjoyed staying at the Cottage! It was decorated beautifully and well stocked. The hosts were very polite and responsive to our requests. We had two small children with us and they enjoyed the tree house, pool, and firepit. Thank you Ken and Deb!

#10 on WOW factor!

This is a BEAUTIFUL property! Spotless, well appointed, very welcoming, fabulous yard and landscape. Deb and Ken are warm, gracious hosts. This is truly a wonderful find! We recommend a stay here if you are visiting the area. A short drive to Wetumpka, Montgomery and Troy. We will definitely return if in the area.

Excellent place to get away!

This was such a fun property! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and roasting marshmallows outside over the fire. There was fun music playing outside when we arrived and we continued listening to it whenever we were outdoors- it made it feel like a true vacation. My kids especially loved the winding staircase and sleeping in the fun upstairs room. The beds were comfortable and the accommodations fulfilled all our needs. We've stayed at several VRBO properties and this one was the cleanest and most welcoming. We had a wonderful stay. 5 stars!

Best rental ever!

The property was immaculate. It couldn’t have been more welcoming. Beach music playing and the pool all ready for us to enjoy after a long day of traveling. It was the perfect oasis after driving all day. No corners were cut on the home itself. It was so nice! The owner was super friendly and extremely accommodating. We could not have enjoyed our stay there more and it was hard to leave.

Five stars is not enough!

This was our first experience with a VRBO and we weren't sure what to expect. Ken and Deb were so welcoming and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed. The house, yard and pool are beautiful and every detail was perfect! It was such a great experience! Definitely coming back!

Home away from home!

Phenomenal and Beautiful! These words barely begin to describe this place and our hosts, Deb and Ken! Besides the house & amenities being picture perfect, luxurious furnishings, fully stocked kitchen and a magnificent pool that was steps from our door, our host offered to fulfill anything we might have needed! There are numerous charming local places to explore, go to have delicious food and all short car rides away. This place is a hidden jewel you will want to experience over & over again. We can hardly wait to return! Thanks for spoiling us & making us feel right at home!

Fantastic spot.

Picture this…. Trip starts off with no one ready to leave on time. Kids in back seat the whole trip pulling hair, bickering, fighting over seat cushion territory. Wife packed in a hurry. Can’t find anything. Gas station pump half didn’t work. Guy on interstate cuts you off at the exit. Then you pull up to this place. Kids see it and get giddy, wife pats you on the back and says “you’re a good dad”. All is well with the world because this is the kinda place that turns it all around. Highly recommend

2 day getaway

We had an amazing time at the pool house. House was beautiful and clean, we had plenty of room for all 5 of us. Ken was easy to get ahold of with questions and responded quickly. The property was beautiful with amazing landscaping. We enjoyed lounging in the pool. We only wish we could have stayed there for more days.

A Beautiful Slice of Paradise

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Ken and Deb were so accommodating with travel, ideas for places to eat, and provided some snacks and food for breakfast in the morning. Our daughter loved the treehouse access, pool access and the bedroom upstairs with its spiral staircase and chalk wall. Toys were even upstairs for her to play with! I recommend this place to anyone! Thank you guys again it was great!

We had a perfect short stay. Deb and Ken went above and beyond to make our time with our family special. We will come back and stay for longer next time! The kids talked about the house the whole way home :)

Clean and quiet

Overall, place was very clean and quiet. Easy to get to and secluded, but not far from the highway. Great stopping place on the way to your destination and would definitely stay again.

The property was a “10” as described. It is obvious every detail was thoroughly thought through for comfort, safety and convenience. I would most accurately describe it as Serena and Lily meets Disney. Super comfortable for adults and magical for kids. The “sparkling” tree and treehouse were storybook magic. We will find an excuse to stay here again!

I'm a retired Air Force Satellite Systems Operator. If you've ever used the Global Positioning System (GPS) then I've served you before. Deb is a retired CEO of the Lewis Family, and previously a small business owner and VP, Sales and Marketing at Asgard Press. Eventually, Deb and I moved home to south Alabama in 2019 from Colorado Springs CO. We love it here. Southern hospitality is alive and well. We have three grown sons: Chris (Sheriff Deputy), Nicholas (Classical Pianist, BM Performance Belmont) and Joshua (Nuclear Physicist PhD candidate, UCI). Chris' wonderful wife Hannah and our two munchkin grandsons Oliver and Desmond. God is so good! So part of our hearts are still in Colorado and now California.

God blessed us with an amazing property and the open door to own and manage a short term rental here. It's a little resort and we love it when guests are amazed. From fine furnishings to manicured landscaping, we're just making it better every day. What we didn't expect is, how blessed we would be from the guests we've had here. There are some amazing people on this VRBO platform. If you have a few minutes, I'd love to share the history of this house and the historic history of Ramer and Pine Level Alabama. While Deb and I live in the Farmhouse across the pool, we can say hi but we will respect your privacy so you'll have a resort style time! If you are considering visiting, please do.
