Crayton was very communicative and welcoming and gave us a ton of great info. The villa was super clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. Gregoire did a great job on the grounds, it was all perfectly maintained and the beach and water were just as advertised.

Amazing private location

This is a beautiful beachfront unit on a very quiet and private part of Grace Bay. There are only private homes here. The unit was well- appointed and the host very responsive.

Modern masterpiece

This relatively new property is visually stunning and perfectly functional. The location is ideal with beautiful beaches and several reefs within swimming distance. Walking to a few great restaurants was a breeze. There were no crowds and we often felt like we had a private beach to ourselves. We could not have asked for a better place to stay on the island.

Perfect Stay!

We had an amazing time at Crayton’s villa! We rented his Jeep and honestly, that was likely our best decision in the planning of our trip. The convenience was perfect for us, and we felt so free to explore! We had the best sleep there too!! I’m a hot sleeper and the mattress bedding and AC were perfect for us. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance, but having the Jeep made it really nice. The private beach is spectacular! You won’t be disappointed!! :) Thanks, Crayton and crew!

Outstanding property in Provo

Our beachfront condo was the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views. Steps away from the beautiful beach, crystal-clear turquoise water and Smith Reef. The condo was super clean, spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, and private balcony with ocean views. The property is beautifully landscaped and maintained. Conveniently located; within walking distance to several restaurants and the marina. Highly recommend staying at Villa DelEvan and very much looking forward to returning. Happy New Year!

Our own private beach

This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos and it did not disappoint. The room was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. The property is literally located where most of the snorkeling excursions stop. Beach is beautiful and very private. On most days there were less than a dozen people within sight looking up and down the beach. You definitely will want to get a rental car to explore. A few days when there was rain at Craytons place we just jumped in the car and went to other side of the island where the weather stayed beautiful.

Exactly as advertised

The descriptions and reviews are just as advertised. It is just as beautiful as the pictures. A couple of things I would add...The Villas and pools are arranged very thoughtfully and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The location on the beach was perfect for us...no crowds or resorts nearby...just a few other Villas. The Villa (we stayed in 4C) was well appointed and very clean and comfortable. Crayton is an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed. I hope we can return soon!

Peaceful oasis!!! This property did not disappoint. If your looking to get away from crowds, this is the place. We had the beach to ourselves most days. The property was so clean and tidy. The grounds keeper was constantly cleaning and trimming the most beautiful lush landscape I’ve seen. The host was very gracious and helpful with questions and requests. The snorkeling was great right off the beach area. No need for a snorkeling tour. We saw hundreds of fish, a couple stingrays and conch!! Fabulous trip. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place, wonderful host

Had a great time and were very happy with the property. We were looking for a balance of a quieter place, while still having pool and direct beach access, and this worked out great. The units themselves were well appointed, modern, and quiet. On the upper units you have fairly clear views of the ocean, and the lower units you have quiet garden views. With all the units the pool(s) and beach are just a short walk away. We used the bikes for a quick ride to the neighborhood restaurants near the marina, and were happy that we had rented a car for island exploration. Snorkeling was decent just to the west, and spotted a handful of sea turtles there. Would recommend the villa!

Wonderful property right on the beach

My wife and I came to TCI for a second time after 15 years. We actually had another place booked, but they cancelled on us and we found this villa last minute. We couldn’t have been more happy! The villa was super clean, just as advertised. We had everything we needed to make breakfast daily, but ate out most meals. You do need a car if staying at this property. It’s a little further west of a lot of the restaurants and the small bit of shopping around. Although our favorite restaurant Marine Points wasn’t to far. Now to the property and beach. This property has two small pools on it, one that has shade is great to relax in, as well as an Infiniti pool facing the ocean. The pools were fantastic to cool off in after being on the beach. The beach was incredible and super private. The only people we saw on our little stretch of beach were people staying in the other villas on property (generally no more than one or two other couples). The sand and water are amazing. From their beach, you’re about a half mile walk down to Smith Reef where you can snorkel right off the beach. Pretty awesome. Management was great. The manager Crayton was on property the whole time. I honestly just messaged him through the VRBO anytime I had a question and he responded within 5 minutes or less. Overall, the place is fantastic and I would highly recommend it. You’re not going to get a big resort experience here. This is a very private and chill experience. Nothing negative to say.

Idyllic

Idyllic setting, property immaculately maintained. Private beach, walking distance to restaurants across price ranges. A perfect setting for a quiet get away. We travel a lot and Villa Delevan ranks among the top places we’ve stayed. We’ll definitely be back. Special shout out to Crayton. As professional and accommodating as they come.

The stay here was great! Peace and quiet away from all the resorts, yet still close enough to all the things you want to see and do. Good value for the money also.

Great Place to Celebrate 40 Years!

Property was spectacular! Very clean and well kept. A short walk to the beach with great snorkeling nearby. Loved the location. Quiet and safe. Yes we would definitely stay there again!
