The duplex is on the 2nd floor of a small condominium.
It comprises:
Ground floor :
- 1 well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, induction hob, etc.)
- 1 large living/dining room (large table for 8, coffee tables, pull-out sofa bed)
- 1 WC
- 1 terrace facing south-west
The 1st floor comprises:
- 2 bedrooms (a master with 1 bed 160X200 and a dormitory with 4 beds (2 bunk beds, 1 single bed, 1 pull-out bed)),
- 2 bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bath)
- 2 separate WCs.
