Charentaise with a private pool

Enjoy this charming vacation rental with your family—it promises wonderful memories in a small village in Haute Saintonge.

On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious open-concept area featuring a kitchen, dining room, and living room, as well as a restroom.
Upstairs, you’ll find the sleeping area with 3 beautiful bedrooms—2 with double beds and the third with 3 single beds—as well as a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a separate toilet.
The property features an enclosed garden and a private pool.

The house is close to all the shops you’ll need for a pleasant stay:
A medium-sized supermarket, bakery, grocery store, butcher shop, produce stand, café, tobacco shop, pharmacy, and the post office...

The Beauvallon swimming lake is located 7 minutes from the house if you’d like a change of scenery from the pool.
The Château de Montguyon and the Pierrefolle dolmen are worth visiting.
All of this is just 43 minutes from Saint-Émilion,
55 minutes from Bordeaux, and 1 hour and 20 minutes from Royan.
