What a view

We just loved our stay. This unit has a the amenities of home and the location is just perfect…smack dab in the middle of Destin fun! And what a beach!

Great Stay for Vacay

Room was comfy and clean. Property as described. Easy check in, close to many fun spots. Beach was great, water great. Had some red flag days but beach was fun still and the pool was nice, not too crowded. . 10th floor was nice, could see everything. We like to grill when on vacation, the grills were fine just a long way away from the condos. Only negative i can say is Its non smoking, but people were smoking all over the place and not just cigs...so keep that in mind if you dont care for that blowing up in your balcony every night.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo is great. Has all the things you need. The smaller bathrooms shower/tub didn’t drain very good so we all took showers in the bigger bathroom. The owner of this condo is very attentive when you have a problem but Shoreline Towers does not take care of this Condo. The battery went out on the door so we couldn’t get into the condo. Thankfully Shoreline towers had a key tho to unlock it and they helped us replace the battery. It has a beautiful view and great location.

Beautiful condo beautiful views!…

Beautiful condo with beautiful views.. and very clean…had a couple minor issue’s which were promptly resolved by owner…gorgeous pool within a short walk… negatives: a lot of construction going on, check in process was not the best as the guard at the gate had no clue as to where we were staying in spite of all my paperwork that I had…even told us we were not at the right property which we were.. so after a couple times back n forth we finally found the condo.. also though it’s personal opinion we found the beds and pillows to be hard and it would have been nice to have some sort of grab bar in shower area for safety..

1980’s revisited

Was told there was “some” construction but not that the whole complex is a construction zone! Noisy from jack hammers, saws and big trucks and dusty & dirty. Construction crews everywhere. Enjoyed the beach. But its was a 15 min. walk to the pool or grilling area. Complained the floors in the unit were so dirty our feet and shoes were black on bottom. Very disappointing.

Under construction

Building under construction. Could not open doors to outside so could not hear the water. Outside railing covered with plastic so could not view water while setting in LR. EVERYTHING Needs to be updated, The layout is Super. If we would have seen furnace filter when we got there we would not have stayed. Had not been changed for 4 years it said and looked like it. So sorry but when Barbara gets to come and get a professional decorator even new towels it could be worth the money we paid. We really should get a large portion of our money back. Location is great.

Very Impressed!

We have been renting condos in the Destin/Ft Walton beach area every year for the past 18 years and this was by far one of the best! The views were spectacular and the condo was so light and airy. Someone had commented that the condo needed updated but I thought it was decorated very nice and "beachy". Very clean! Location was good and beach was beautiful! Hope to be able to reserve again next year! Thanks Barbara

Amazing Views Rest Rest and More Rest

We were told up front there was renovations to the property, so this was no surprise. We loved our view, the views were breath taking, such a short walk to the beach. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Small loads each night prevented bringing laundry home! I have nothing bad to say about this condo, we will be back! Can't wait to see it fully renovated!

Construction was unfortunate

Came in at night and could not find our building. Was told there was some work being done, but the building was under construction, with barricades and hard hat areas. The condo was a great size but could use some serious updating and decluttering. Very nice to have a washer dryer in the condo. Great views from every window and great beach.

Perfect unit

The unit was perfect! Beautiful views, comforts of home & loved the concept of opening the sliding doors in the living room to listen to the ocean. Condo was beautifully decorated and owner was reachable for any issues. Would stay again!

Loved the condo

Was past our expectations. Had thought about canceling due to Hurricane Fred. Glad we did not. We were ocean front and loved it. Wish the pool was a little closer to the condo but that was our only complaint.

Good location, old outdated apartment

Overall I would say we were happy with apartment and location. But everything in it is probably 15+ year old. So don't expect wow factor for a price paid, but still decent. Address in reservation is wrong it is 900 Gulf shore Drive, not a 510. I have lost 30 minutes at 510 address to be told that is not correct address. Washer and drier have sticker new, but I don't think I had a kids when they were made, and I have 18 years old. Took us about 12 hours to dry our towels, every night all night, and washer couldn't dry out water, but it was soaked wet. In reservation state that you can bring chair and ambrella to beach. That is not correct. They told us 1st day to remove ours for a time of service on the beach. That is another 45 a day to spend. Owner was communicative and I have contact her about broken handle on one of the doors. Would I go again to that apartment, honestly, I would. For the same price, without updated interior, I wouldn't.

I have a number of rental properties and I love taking care of our condo. We work very hard making sure that our condos are as nice as our home. I love to shop, and I am constantly changing and upgrading things in our condos.

I live in Smyrna Ga, about 10 miles outside of Atlanta, Ga, so we are only about 5 hours from Destin.

We have two beautiful condo's directly on the beach in Destin. My handy ad I come down 3 or 4 times a year to make sure that everything is absolutely perfect for our guests.

We have a lot of repeat guests that come back to our home away from home every year, and we are so pleased of the love and care that everyone takes care of our property.

One trip to Destin and seeing the White Sand and Beautiful Clear Water sold us.

We have (2) beautiful condo's directly on the beach at Shoreline Towers in Destin.

We also have a cleaning service that takes wonderful care of our condos when we can not be there. They take care of every thing that needs to be done.

I really enjoy shopping and playing house at the condos. I can always think of a lot of reasons to go shopping for the condos.
We actually work the whole time we are there, unless we have company.

We have a lot of repeat guests that come to our place every year, and we are so pleased of the love and care that everyone takes care of our property.

Guest must be 25 years of age or older to check-in or stay. If you are under 25 years old you will be asked to vacate.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Welcome to Shoreline Towers! As you enter this newly updated condo, you are welcomed by floor-to-ceiling windows that display magnificent coastal views of the white-sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico's emerald green waters. This condo has ample space for a family of (max six) to gather and unwind. Both Maser bedrooms boast beautiful Gulf views and king-size beds, while the living room offers comfortable seating for the whole group, plus a sofa that converts into a double bed. Both the bedroom and living room are equipped with a TV and DVD player for added entertainment.
When we have visitors we take time to enjoy all the great things that Destin has to offer, the great Seafood Restaurants, Shopping, Zoo, Naval Museum in Pensacola, Deep Sea Fishing, Snorkeling at the Jetties, playing Tennis, I could go on and on. There is so much to do in Destin
