751 Spinnaker Beach House

Popular 3 BR/2BA Spinnaker with easy beach access via boardwalk 9 right across the street! You will love this end unit location just a short walk or bike ride to Pelican Beach, Seabrook Island Golf and Beach Club and pools. With a bright, open floor plan friends and family can check in and relax in comfort and style. Enjoy the ocean breezes on the open deck or screened porch. New owners have completely renovated this beach gem. The living room area has vaulted ceiling and a wall of windows that highlight the natural beauty of Seabrook Island. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances with both Keurig and regular brew coffee pots. The dining room area adjacent to the kitchen features a table with seating for 8 and sliding door access to the deck. It is also open to the living room area where you will find a bar with a sink and beverage refrigerator. On the deck outside you can enjoy dining at the table that seats 6 while you share your favorite BBQ delights on the propane grill.

The laundry room is next to the kitchen with full size washer/dryer for your convenience.

The master bedroom is on the first floor with king bed, 55" HDTV and en suite bath. Sliding doors lead to a nice decked area with seating - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or favorite beverage as the day begins and ends.

Two guest bedrooms are on the second level and share a full hall bath. The first room features a king bed with sky lights. The upper deck off the second bedroom has been enclosed creating a suite with 2 queen beds plus a queen sleeper sofa and 55" HDTV.

Seabrook Island is a private welcoming oceanfront community just miles from historic Charleston, SC. Completely immersed in natural splendor, the coastal barrier island is home to lush maritime forest, serene marshes and pristine beaches. Seabrook Island's residents and guests also enjoy some of the East Coasts best recreation facilities. All built in recent years, the updated amenities have earned Seabrook Island world-wide accolades.

** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Incredible family vacation spot

Incredible property. Nicely stocked and cared for. Only downfall was the upstairs heat, we could not get the air moving enough to keep the bedrooms upstairs comfortable. Seabrook Island is an amazing getaway with so much to offer.

Near the beach

Very attractive, spacious and comfortable condo. The kitchen is well-equipped. Photos represent it accurately. Our kids and grandchild had plenty of room and privacy in the upstairs bedrooms. Right across the road from one of the nicest beaches anywhere.

Relaxing stay

Nice to be close to wedding venue, pool and beaches. Enjoyed going to little villlage just outside gated area - Freshfields. There were shops and other dining options.

Great for a quick getaway!

We took a 5 day trip to explore Charleston and Seabrook Island, and this was a great landing space for our family. The kids really enjoyed their own space upstairs, and we all took advantage of the big comfy couch for movies before bed. The beach boardwalk access is just across the street, so it made it easy to head to the beach a couple times each day without it feeling like a trek out. The beach house was a little too far for our little one's legs to walk back and forth, so we did drive there - but there is enough parking in the lot if you get there early enough. The beds were comfy, the AC worked, the fans in every room provided that necessary ambient noise for sleeping, and in general all was well with the property. The only advertised nearby activity that was not as expected (not the property's doing, but something to consider) is that Bohicket Marina had very little in terms of places to stop or activities. It sounds like this was previously quite an exciting public place, but now we were told (by Salty Dog staff) that the landlord refused to renew many leases, and are planning to turn it into a private yacht club - which would be quite a loss for the area!

Love this house

Perfect location! My dad can’t walk far because of a heart disease, the walk to th beach was so easy. Barely anyone on the island and the house was perfect for my family. Our girls took the room with the two full beds although one daughter wanted to sleep on the pull out couch. My husband and I were upstairs and my parents were downstairs. One thing I will say is to close all blinds, it gets rather warm upstairs so I would leave blinds closed and fans on. There is a box fan in the upstairs bedroom which we used at night. The pool was great and I love the amenities passes.

Family Friendly Getaway

Beautiful property conveniently located across from boardwalk #9. The screened-in porch was a hit in the evenings. Large living and dining spaces where all 7 of us could be together. We enjoyed the convenience of the beach club pools, local dining options and shopping at Freshfields and Bohicket Marina. Fishing was fun and productive.

Beautiful property and near the Seabrook Club

Beautiful home, two level town house with wonderful views and plenty of windows that provided welcomed daylight all day. Our family visited Seabrook to attend a good friends wedding,, the home was wonderfully kept and in an ideal location. Easy walking distance to the nearby beaches, Club and golf courses. Very nice stay, will definitely be returning in the next year and hope to stay here again.

Spring Break

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The condo was well equipped and we had plenty of room for 5 adults. We cooked in several nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was so peaceful on the island and just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Lovely beach house

This home has been remarkably updated and expanded from the original Spinnakers. Very well appointed and quality throughout....high quality bedding, ample supply of towels, spacious living area and well supplied kitchen. It was a bit difficult to regulate the AC between up and downstairs. A great location for our favorite 4th of July activiities.
