Great Stay

Wonderful front desk service, they even had a gym and free laundry room… Although if you want to use the stove, you need to bring your own pans. Which maybe they have them at the front desk I did not ask. They also had a nice brand new grill… Would recommend this place!

Walls were thin, bed was uncomfortable, we didn’t know they served breakfast until check out, daily charge for parking (park yourself) in an open lot, the chemical smell in the hallway was terribly overwhelming all 3 days, plus our room smelled like it used to be a smoking room and there were cigarette burn marks on the crooked toilet

Check in was a breeze! Clean room, met needs. Spacious for couples with small dogs. Good location! Close to lots of attractions. $7/day to park $200 deposit on card.

Not great.

There was no hot water on the property and the bathroom downstairs flooded the entire lobby area. It was really not a great stay. It was quite for the most part aside from police sirens every now and then.

Smelly

The previous comments are right. It has a weird smell.. lobby and halls had an overpowering air freshener/febreeze smell. More airfresheners blowing down the halls through a fan.. when you walked into the room, I can’t even describe what smell it was.. bathroom smelled like straight bleach. We had to air it out. At least it was clean for the most part! But if you’re sensitive to smell, I would not recommend. Location was great for Disneyland. 10 mins away and easy to get to. Good for a short stay to shower and sleep.

Unsafe.

Extremely sketchy area. Do not go out past 10-11pm. Extremely suspect Men prowling parking lots. Security guards will follow you and prowl around outside of your room. Front desk will get weird and try to say you never even checked in/try to stall when you attempt to get out. Do not go here if you are a woman/traveling in a small group/family with children.

Not our Favorite

This was not an individual’s place (as I am accustomed to on VRBO) but a hotel managed by a company. I thought we were getting a small condo that someone owned so I should have looked closer at the description (that’s my bad). I could have paid about $10 more per night and gotten a nicer hotel with a swimming pool and at least maid service (there was no service here). The smells they were using in the entry way were hard to breath as we walked through. The people were very nice and friendly at the front desk. It just wasn’t what I was expecting so I was disappointed!

Not again

The hall ways were very smelly, the elevator floor was very dirty and had a smell. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was clean but the smells were overwhelming. Good thing we didn’t spend much time in the room. Also were told water would be turned off daily from 9 am to 4 pm, I would have liked to know that before booking. The best thing about our stay was the lady at check in desk in the night shift. She was very helpful and so friendly . But we would not stay again. I have used Vrbo many times this would be my first time being disappointed.

Served its purpose

Its a Sonesta Suites so an extended stay hotel. It was close to Disney at a much better price than the motels directly across from the park. Essentially it was a hotel room more so than a suite. It had only one recliner and one office chair so my spouse and I couldn't even have a meal together at the table/desk. If you needed more coffee or towels you had to go down to the front desk to request because there was no daily housekeeping. There was a strong smell of bug spray in the halls and elevators. And you required to leave a credit card on file for a $300 deposit separately at the front desk aside from the original booking fees. Did it work for what we needed? Yes but I wouldn't bother to stay here again. Not to mention that they billed the second half of my stay the day prior to when it was required and I had all kinds of trouble changing the card I used from the original booking. Customer service was nearly nonexistant. I left multiple requests fror calls back and finally was able to resolve my issue after refusing to hang up and requiring to speak to a supervisor. Do yourself a favor pick somewhere else.

Okay stay.

Terrible customer service and communication through the host. Was unresponsive to phone calls and messages throughout the duration of stay and prior to. Hotel overall was fine, front desk people were really nice. Room was clean. Close to the highway for convenience.

Good for Price

Rental process and staff at location were great. Room was clean and as represented. We were on the 4th floor, there was a herendous odor on the 1st floor between the elevator and SE exit door. We went out of our way to our car to avoid this odor. We did comment about this upon departure to the front desk. We are hoping this issue is resolved when we return in December. There are quite a few what appeared to be long term tenants and a few cars with persons sleeping in them in parking lot. Wish there would have been a security guard patrolling the grounds. Would have loved a pool or jacuzzi, but the exercise room, free laundry & on-site store were convenient.

Mother/Daughter Disney trip

This place was just right for my daughter and me and our 1 week trip to disneyland and to visit family in the area. It was close to everything and felt very comfortable and clean.

Great price for the location

The property was conveniently located such that it was very easy to access the highways around the area. The staff were super nice and friendly. The building and interior was a bit outdated and I didn’t know it was actually a room in a hotel of sort. Since I didn’t stay in the room most of the time, it was ok. The one bad experience I have is with the bathtub being clogged and their complimentary shampoo and body wash being empty.
