Vacation in style with this luxurious family-friendly villa with your very own south west facing pool, spa and lake view. 



The villa is located on the 5 Star safe gated Bella Vida Resort in the heart of Kissimmee, close to shops, restaurants and bars, and is only 15 minutes from Disney.



Offering everything you could want from a villa to relax in after long days at the theme parks.



Exquisitely furnished , full air con and WiFi throught.



The villa is comfortable and can easily accommodate 10 family and friend, as there is a sofa bed.



The open plan kitchen, dining and living area includes plenty of comfortable seating and a full cable package TV package. In addition, you also have a DVD/Blu-ray player available to you so you can unwind and enjoy the entertainment.



The well-equipped kitchen includes all appliances for your self-catering needs: fridge-freezer, oven/range, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and tea kettle. It is more than roomy for preparing and serving meals at the breakfast bar and spacious dining area.



There are 4 bedrooms in total, two of which have ensuite bathrooms.



The master bedroom has a  King size bed and ensuite bathroom.



The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and ensuite bathroom.



The third bedroom is a double.



The fourth bedroom is a twin.



There are 3 bathrooms in total.



Pool days will create long-lasting family memories. You can enjoy the South West facing pool in private, soaking up the Florida sun and relaxing in the spa with massage jets. You'll really make the most of the pool area, dining al-fresco under the lanai with a large table and plenty of seating. 



The villa has it's own games room  with pool table.

We LOVED this place. The heated pool and spa was the best!! Even had a pool cleaning company stop by. Stephen was a great host who responded right away to any inquiries. Would definitely stay here again. No place is perfect but for the most part was as perfect as could be.

Fantastic Start to Finish

From the initial booking, communications was always A+ from the owners. Arrived to find the rental exactly as described in the listing. Everything was extremely clean and our stay was super comfortable. Loved having shopping options (Wal-mart, Aldi etc.) so close to the house. We've stayed at many vacations rentals in the area and this is by far our favorite. Looking forward to a future stay!

Memories fulfilled

My family visited Orlando for the first time since Covid. Prior to Covid, this was an annual family trip. It was so nice to be back. The accommodations did not disappoint! Everyone had enough space to spread out on our days off from visiting the Parks. The house was spacious and clean. It had everything to make a visit to Orlando memorable. I would not hesitate to book this Villa the next time we decide to visit the Orlando area.

Nice location, but the property is a little rough around the edges

If you’re looking for a nice place to stay near Orlando, this could be a good place to stay. There were a few things that could have improved our stay: - the kitchen had no paper towels - we had no backup toilet paper (with 6 people staying for a week, that’s not ideal) - we made the mistake of not paying to heat the pool. Unless you’re comfortable with very cold water, it’s really worth it to pay to turn on the heater.

Hi Mathew it is standard practice at all villa rentals that provision of items such as toilet rolls is limited to one per bathroom. This is self catering accommodation and not a hotel, where daily maid service is provided. We provide all linens, towels, soap etc, but yes you do have to buy your own supply of additional toilet rolls at WalMart (2 minutes away) during your food shopping trip. As you know we recommend pool heat but you opted not to have it. It could have been switched on during your stay by our Management Co. had you asked. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay and took advantage of the Resort heated pool and spa. Hope we can rent to you again at one of our villas. stephen vipvilla

Very upset with the stay. My son was visiting from out of state. He parked on the street as there was no space in the driveway. There was nothing in the welcome binder stating ban on street parking. His car got towed resulting in a substantial fine. When I notified the host and the owner requesting compensation the response was minimal and no help was offered. Also the toilets did not work well and the dishwasher did not either

We are sorry the guests son was towed away whilst parking on the road near the villa. When we send check in details we do warn guests not to park on the road. There is ample parking for 4 cars on the villa driveway. There are also large warning signs on display on the road advising drivers of the tow away policy. The dishwasher and one toilet were reported by the guest on day 3 of their visit and they were both fixed same day by our Managament Co. Occasionally guests do have small problems with the villa and we have the management Co. on hand 24/7 to resolve these issues. stephen

Excellent Rental

Our stay was great!! The only thing I would change is adding a handrail to the jacuzzi!! My 74yr old mother couldn't enjoy the jacuzzi bc it was to hard to get in and out! Everything else was great!

Johanna and Stephen are a wife and husband team (pictured above in 2020 on a trip to Sydney, Australia). We have our own villa in Kissimmee and also manage the reservations for 40 other private villa owners near Disney. We have been managing villa reservations for over 10 years. We have many repeat guests and as you can see from our calendars each villa will have many resrvations in place.
All the villas we manage have been inspected and photographed by ourselves.

All our calendars are updated daily so if it is showing available then it should be, so please feel free to make an instant booking. We respond to every enquiry we receive, normally within a few hours unless we are having a day out, then it may take upto 12 hours. We ask for your patience, we will respond.

Every villa we manage is fully equipped with everything you will need including air con throughout, private pool, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, bed linens, towels etc. Disney is less 20 minutes away (some villas are 5 minutes away) and Universal 25 minutes.
Pool heat is an optional extra at your chosen villa. Please enquire about the rate.

All the villas have their own private pool, luxury furnishings, lounge with large screen TV, fully air condioned throught, WiFi internet access, fully equipped kitchen, at least one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, washing/drying facilities and free access to all the facilities at the Resort. Please note we have a strict policy of NO SMOKING and NO PETS in every villa (smoking is allowed on the pool deck).

Before your arrival the villa will have a deep clean and full sanitization. You can be rest assured it will be spotlessly clean.

Please be assured the villa you select will be the one that you are renting.

We employ a local management company to take care of each villa and they are available 24/7 to deal with any questions/issues during your visit to the villa.
