Renovated 2-room apartment for 4/5 people, 28m², on the 7th floor of the Grand Arbois residence in Les Villards, located near shops. The balcony faces southwest with views of the valley.
The living room has a sofa and a flat-screen TV.
The bedroom has two single beds (80cm) side by side and a TV.
A sleeping alcove in the entrance area has two bunk beds and a pull-out bed.
(The upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old.)
The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner ceramic hob, a mini-oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a Senseo coffee machine, a filter coffee maker, and a kettle.
The bathroom and toilet are in the same room.
Washing machine included.
Shoe dryer in the entrance.
The floor is parquet.
Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee.
