Welcome to our home!

The place is perfect for couples, families or friends, as it can accommodate up to 4 people.

With subtle interior design elements, the living room is spacious and fitted with a comfy sofa bed, perfect for resting after a busy day exploring the city. It comes also with a fully equipped kitchen, that has all the essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bedrooms contain comfartable double beds with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. And the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The apartment also has a balcony area where you can enjoy a city view with a cup of coffee. As well as a workspace, making it a great place for remote workers.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This beautifully furnished 2-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Courbevoie, just 20 minutes from the center of Paris. It is located in the trendy 20 Rue du Clos Luce street, in a very quiet and secure part of town.

It is just a walk away from La Défense train station and the Esplanade de La Défense subway, making it easy to explore all that the area has to offer.

Please note that late check-in after 10:00 pm will incur an additional charge of EUR 20. Check-in after midnight is subject to confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at a minimum.

Wohnung in Courbevoie

...unerfreulich. Es gibt einen Zwischenhändler "guestready" über den die Zahlung und eine Kaution laufen. Sehr umständlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unerfreulich. Wir mussten 1 h vor der Haustür warten, um dann zu erfahren, dass der elektronische Kontaktschlüssel (badge)zum Öffnen der inneren Gebäudetür, des Treppenhauses und des Fahrstuhls nicht vorhanden war. Obwohl wir "guestready" 24 h Zeit gegeben haben, um das Problem zu lösen, standen wir am nächsten Tag wieder vor verschlossener Tür. Wir wurden dann in einem anderen Vorort in einer zu kleinen Wohnung untergebracht. Insgesamt haben wir 5 h Stress gehabt um den check in hinter uns zu bringen. Auch das Abholen des Schlüssels in eimem "keynest" verlief nicht reibungslos, aber gelang dann doch. Das Thema Kaution ist auch noch nicht erledigt, da niemand zur Wohnungsabnahme gekommen ist. Wir sollten Fotos zusenden, die den Zustand dokumentieren...mal sehen wie das endet.
