A 120-square-meter house ideally located in the center of St. Laurent Médoc, in the heart of the Médoc’s Grands Crus Classés, 20 minutes from the lakes, 30 minutes from the ocean, and 45 minutes from Bordeaux.
Spacious townhouse with open floor plans, featuring 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a dining room and living room, a bathroom, and 2 separate restrooms. A patio off the kitchen and living room lets you enjoy the outdoors. Two free parking spaces are located right next door. The property can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
We can provide bed linens for an additional €10 and bath towels for an additional €10. We can lend you a travel crib with a mattress and fitted sheet, as well as a booster seat, free of charge upon request.
Access to the house is completely private… so you’ll be free to come and go as you please.
Shops are within walking distance: a bakery, butcher shop, deli, organic grocery store, chocolate shop, laundromat, and a supermarket just 100 meters away...
